Tazzy, if there was a cure for "Iris Lust", you would probaly destroy it! Who wants a cure for an addiction like this??? LOL

Langbr, you are BRAVE!! You know - - that is what my iris beds look like right now too! Doss is right............ I bet Schreiners look like this too right now. Also, I've ordered form "Iris City" before. The rhizomes were a little on the small size, but they bloomed and were correctly named. I'm planning on buying from them again this year.

Wanda, NICE iris bed shot!! What is the name of the black one you have pictured there? It sure shows up Black!! (smiles)

Tazzy, there is no cure for "iris lust" - because it is really just us recognizing beauty and wanting to be surrounded by it. Wanda's right........... who's wants a cure for that! So, let's just consider it "healthy" - - (you know............ like chocolate). LOL

Here is a very black seedling they had. It was all lined out, so I think they may be introducing it soon.

Hooked.......... don't forget the Krispy Kreme Donut! YUM. :-)

Now..............this was taken at Cooley's Iris Gardens in Oregon. This is what I want in my backyard! (with those irises out front.)

Margie, I'll pass on the donuts. Flowers, coffee & Chocolate sound mighty fine to me.

Sure wish air line would drop rates to CO. like they do to FL.. I would love to see the fields in bloom!

Hey you guys? A person could go into cardiac arrest looking at all those gorgeous iris. My god, my list has gotten so long will soon have to take a second job to afford just looking at them and drooling!!

I have a few more irises I'd like to show you.................... this is "American Classic."

This one is named: Ark de Triomphe.

Here 's another beauty - "Beverly Sills". It's a Dykes Medal winner.

This one is a lovely pastel beauty. "Boutique Fashion."

This one is a very vigorous grower.............. makes a nice clump fast. Tall too. "Cafe Society"

This is a beauty too. "Debrenee"

This one stands out in the garden..................... it grows quite tall. It's named "Different Flavors".

"Epicenter" is pretty dramatic looking, and grows VERY well.

And this one is called "Sponge Bob".

You should receive some square 'pants' of admiration for this one.

Weezinggreens and mgh..................... I found my "Sponge Bob" on the internet. I'll share him with you............It reproduces pretty easily - - just copy and paste. LOL

Margie, what a wonderful cultivar you have there!!! Which nursery on earth does have this one for sail? Is it a rebloomer? Is it a tall bearded or a miniature? And those combination of colors, it's a real Sponge Bob to me alright, LOL

Spongebob Squarepants snowman? Where are Calvin & Hobbs when I need them? My daughters used to make 2 headed snowmen or Aliens with oranges for eyes . The comic strip was constant inspiration for them. Hmmm. No wonder they're so wierd today!
