John, the vase that has a top shaped like a calla lily is a Lalique, isn't it?

Well I guess that unauthorized thing happened cause I saved it to my hard drive and then pulled it up. Guess that won't work.

I will find another one and post it. That one was a couple of years ago. I went through a bad time, cut off all my hair, and it is just now back at my shoulders again... I think I have a picture of me and Tomiko that is more recent... I will go look... back in a bit...

I do not have a very good digital camera. I hope to change that this year... :) , here is a more recent picture... I am sorry, but there are very few pictures of me around. I am the one behind the camera, seldom in front of it... ;)

Hey girlfriend, that is a great picture of you but I was surprised to see you with short hair. You know, when you picture someone in your head all the time when you are talking to them? I just always see you with long hair. :-)

Thank you! It is to my shoulders again. I have always had hair down to my butt... lol.. but one day I slipped a gear and cut it ALL off.. LOL... Just keep picturing me with long hair, cause when you do see me, it will be long again... lol...

LOL I know about that slipping a gear and cutting it all off. When I was about 9-1/2 months pregnant and needing to do SOMETHING, guess what I did? I cried for days afterwards.

Me too.. I still have the braid.. is that sick or what? I had my daughter braid my hair into one long braid down the back and then I had her just cut it off. She was crying, too, bless her heart. I was a little nutso after spending a few months in a wheelchair...

I don't think that is sick at all Starr! You could donate the hair to Locks for Love if you wanted to.

It's a place that takes donated hair to make wigs for children who have cancer and have lost their hair. I'll go see if I can find a website.....

How long has it been since you cut your hair?

2 years... I didn't start growing it back until about a year ago...

Hmmmm...don't know if they'll take it. You could always ask though.

It is still pristine .. been in a ziplock all this time...

I read on their site that if it has been stored in a braid for several years they won't take it. How many is "several?" lol!

I will check with them... if they want it they can have it... it would be nice if it could go to some good... we shall see... :)

I actually still have a thick braid of my hair in a ziplock bag from when I got a haircut when I was 11 years old. Hair was down to my waist and my mom thought I should have one of the new stylish "pixie" cuts. Yuck! Anyway, the braid is still beautiful.
