Well I know nothing about iris! Except I like them and most of the ones I have are TB. Does anyone know what kind this is? Japanese, Siberian ect.?
Anyone doing a spring Iris co-op?
Whatever it is, I love it!! What a knockout combination with the painted daiseys in the background!
Looks like Ceasar's Brother a siberian iris.
Maxine
tats what I thought too >
Beautiful,nothing more to say.lol.Jody
Thank you all so much!! I know I have a least one Siberian iris! Ceasar's Brother! Are there other brothers or maybe sisters?? Sorry I jumped in on this thread Jody! I'll try to control myself better!
Party hardy it doesn't bother me.lol.Jody
No problem here, either!
There are many different varieties of siberian iris.

Thanks you are all very kind! Is there some where I can see the difference between Siberia, Japanese, ect.? I checked out Iris City Gardens and sent for their catalog.
Okay I didn't read everything.
Tazzy your a iris judge?
You stinker,no wonder you sent me such a nice assortment.lol.Jody
Patty, like that Garnett Sport, is it really as dark as the pic shows?
its dark but its in the brick red ,purple color it kinda hard to describe and harder to take true pic of .
I know what you mean, i have always trubble about red colors with my camera
I've heard Tazzy paints her blooms if they come out the wrong color. Her iris club hasn't figured it out yet. You gotta watch her...
LOL
Its a art form very ,hush ,hush !
(snicker, snicker....)
I can just see her out there with a flashlight hush, hush painting.
Oh heck, she probably got a spray gun for Christmas. Tazzy, where are you????
i drifted off getting old .i was out painting dead flower .well some one has to do it ? or do they ?I don't know why?
where can i purchase these paints?do i need special brushes?
From the paint Fairies and its very expensive
congatulations on first place, very pretty.Tazzy where do I find a fairy?will one just come to me and bring the paints or do i have to wait until spring and the fairies do the painting?Jody
Tazzy--do your iris fairies get the buds placed perfectly too? Or do you just break them off & re-glue them on to get that prize winning form? LOL Love the " Pink Bubbles"> Do your neighbors know how Blessed they are to have your garden next door?
I'm a corner lot and the hose next door is repossess and empty for a year
The nice older Gent who use to live there love it if I wasn't home he did my tours for me. and when i put in the pond he loved the sight and sound ,HE also asked if I would move it two feet to west so he could see it better from his chair .It never Dawned on him to move his chair .Bless him i miss him .
Nice neighbors are hard to find and worth keeping. My neighbors tolerate me pretty well--I can't complain.
Gorgeous coloration on Pink Bubbles, Tazzy. Wonder how you got such a perfect specimen to display?
Maxine
