Oh one more I forgot - this one is supposed to be Banned in Boston - nothing like pics I have seen of it. Burned again?

Just call it "Burned In Boston". Or, maybe the next few blooms will look closer to the real thing..

My two favorites are #5 and #6. Do you sell any of your registered daylilies, hemlady, or do you just do it for fun?

Claire

Melvindale, MI(Zone 5a)

Yes Claire I do sell my flowers. I sell under the name of Lighthousegardens on Ebay. Don't have any listed currently. Probably in a couple of weeks.

I think I will give Banned in Boston another chance. It may be out cold nights that is causing this. I have some other flowers that bloomed true last year that don't look right this year. Its got to be either weather or the fact that they were moved and they haven't established themselves thoroughly yet.

Here is my Pic of Banned in Boston here at our farm.

Thanks for the pic. I know it should look like that but it doesn't. Thats why I am wondering if it is weather related. I have another bi-color you are probably familiar with, New Perspective, and it bloomed all one color today. Last year it bloomed bi-color. My Barracuda Bay looks terrible today as well. The weather is warming up today so we'll wait and see what happens to the blooms the rest of the week. Thanks for the pic.

Fortune's Dearest

I love this one... it's holding it's color real well for me, and the edges are jagged just like they're supposed to be.

I love those bi-colors. Then there isn't much I don't like when it comes to daylilies.

George Jets On

I was going to say, I just love it.... but I just Love them all! LOL

I like the bi tones too, but I don't have very many of them, unfortunately.
I also love the gold edges. :-)
