ZZ, I couldn't fit the tractor or the fully assembled redwood pergola into the box when I repacked it, so I decided to keep them both for myself!

Sorry Flowox! I'm here, I got the box, I emailed Janet back the next day!!! It's now on it's way to you.... I even took the things I was contributing to the rr on vacation, just in case I got the box while I was out east. : )
My summer has been crazy (fun crazy, but still nuts!), will spend more time on DG this fall when the kids are settled into school again....

I mailed out RR#2 today by priority mail (only 50cents more and will reach Laura in 2 days). I put in a few extra goodies. :)

i am not sure what to say about this. it is not fair for some to mail regular and some priority. i should have thought of this first before starting the race. so i think i am just cancelling the race and everyone has a present coming once i get their box back. what do all of you think about? let me know.
well, if at least one person in each robin sends theirs priority then we're back on track. #2 already had one priority send so no more for them and I can do it for #1, if someone agrees to do it for #3. How would that work out? That way it would be fair? Let me know so I know how to send it when it gets here :)

It might not matter, I sent #3 parcel post and it got to ZZ in two days, maybe because he's not too far away. I've sent things by priority mail in the past that took 5 days... You never know!
I know exactly what you mean Carena. But with at least 1 priority in each robin it would even out the way it was sent and the rest is up to the PO :)
I've sent a plant once to someone with priority mail and it took 12 days. Poor thing was still alive, luckily!!
