What Kind Of Cactus Is This One?

Here is a picture of another cactus that we have. Can some one tell us what kind of cactus this is? It has about six humps to it all growing together. Can any one also tell me if it ever flowers?

A Euphorbis, not sure whih one, maybe...
Euphorbia lactea "Cristata"
Elkhorn
Euphorbiaceae
