Clematis 'The President'

This is my first and only bloom so far this year. :) I think I successfully killed my C. tangutica, but a couple of kind friends sent me some of the pretty larger flowered ones. This is 'The President'.

Very pretty one Michele. Is it as blue as my screen shows?

Thanks Louisa (miss you). I just love it! Cala has good taste. :) I think I am going to give up on tangutica maybe for now. I really love these other colors. When I bought C. tangutica, it was a great deal and it lived for me for three years and WAS the only one I had. :) I kind of get a little mad at plants that don't stay alive for me. LOL Maybe someday...........
