Got to see the pandy before she closed from the intense heat.
I think this is the LYK , the pattern is different, could be a cross
Finally an Aogakiyama bloom

The LYK is Becky's cross named Lady Yagaruma Kaleidoscope
not sure of the spelling

Just a few repeats
Incredible Blue
Large Pink/ and white
Too dark a background for Aogakiyama

Stunning blooms Jackie. They are so pretty.

Thanks Linda
So disappointrd, no blooms in the backyard tub and I don't think I'll get any this yr,
I should have added some fresh potting mix on top before I planted.
A few repeats

Those are beautiful repeats Jackie.

Thanks Linda

Had a new bloom this morning. It's the blue with white bars from the backyard tub last year. It's large and pretty. 1 and 2
My pink and white, could be Debs pretty pink and at times more lav and white.
Blue LYK with pollen all over it. the bees have been busy or the hummers.
A different ginger, this one showing pink color this morning

Thanks for posting your beautiful blooms Jackie.
I need to try some ginger plants. They are so pretty.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks Linda. I love these gingers. They do go dormant in the winter so I have to mark them so as not to discard them by accident.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

I have done that before with plants, I forgot about, then later realized what I had done.
Made me mad.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Yes, very frustrating Linda.
My Incredible Blue opened a huge bloom today. Mine must be
a cross to not show any more blue than it does.
Most likely Xiongs Chinese
Love the blues

Thanks Linda.

I'm pretty sure this is the dark Aogakiyama open this morning, her first bloom #'s 1 and 2 The raccoons have been digging in my pots again, so far just throwing out my plant labels. I have to stuff newspapers in the pots and spray with repel all.
One of the purps opened in the back yard tub today. It was already trying to close.
The pink and white

Beautiful blooms Jackie.
If it's not bugs, it's some sort of critter. Hope the newspaper works.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Linda, we've caught the raccoons digging up my vines so we know they are the culprits. I just carried out wadded up newspaper and put it down in the pots.
to try and discourage the digging. Tomorrow I'll spray repel all on the newspaper. It stinks to high heaven I'll just need to respray every couple of weeks.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

I know we have a few opossums here, but I don't think I have ever seen a raccoon in our yard.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

We have so many raccoons here Linda, that I always assume they're everywhere.
Be happy you don't have any. My neighbor is trapping them and carrying them out further in the country. they're killing her chickens.

My repeats The last one too big, I was trying to cut out the background clutter

Raccoons can be very destructive.

Beautiful blooms Jackie!

Helena, Hope you are doing well. We haven't heard from you in a bit.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

I was wondering about Helena too. Hope all is well, I thought she might just be busy
with her butterflies. Plus she said she had lost her mg's and waiting on a new batch
Split Second mg never made a hige bloom.
Incredible Blue so large it split
Blue with white bars

You've been getting beautiful blooms Jackie.
So glad to see all your blooms. I've busy doing a little of everything. My vines are taking a break. I have to move my newer ones so they get more sun.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks Helena.
I have several vines that haven't bloomed. not enough sun and I can't move them. they're wrapped around that ugly trellis out front. Hope you find time to move your newest vines in some sun,.

Beautiful blooms Jackie, love the colors. Ao is really special. Glad to see that you are growing them. I had a lot of bad luck with my seeds from them.
One bloom this morning on my front patio. It's been raining off and on. At least I don't have water plants.
