Asparagus is the 1st fresh, local vegetable in Ontario, Canada.
Totally forgot all about Rhubarb! That was by far my favourite when I lived there!

Just a variety of them. Not just anyone.
Cucumbers are the first to harvest in my garden. Then jalapeno, bell pepper and tomatoes.
