So I need advice! My garden stinks this year and I just can’t figure it out. My cucumbers are supposed to be 8-9 inches but are maybe 5 inches. The zucchinis are barely growing – check out the photo. There is one great one in the left hand corner but the rest just haven't taken off. All different types of squashs/zucchinis - not just one kind- all grown from seeds placed in the ground.
a little background:
I water daily for about 15 minutes on a timer at 4:30 am. I got full sun starting at 9. Zone 5 – so lots of heat and humidity this summer.
I did do a soil test and before I got the results, I did put down composted manure. The soil test said that I was low in potassium and I never got around to correcting that. Do you think that could be the issue?
Thanks in advance.
