The best time is right now while its still warm everywhere. Cactus that are shipped in the winter are usually packed with those little chemical heat blankets. You wouldn't want to ship a plant from Florida, where your mid-winter temps might be in the 40's, to me where my mid-winter temps are in the negative numbers.

I didn't want to ship just a yard sale.

Ah! Are they in the ground or pots? If you are digging them up, earlier in the season when they are actively growing and can re-establish themselves before they go dormant for the winter. If in pots already, anytime you want.

All are in pots.

Then schedule your plant sale. Good Luck!

Sounds like an interesting collection. If I lived closer I would definitely stop by to have a look. :-)
Good luck!

Not sure when I will do it - to hot to sit out side all day to make little or no $. Maybe in the full.

Nice garden! Since they are in pots and it will be cooler in fall, wait until then. If there is a Cactus & Succulent Society in your area, contact them to let them know of the sale. They will love it!
