Lost dog.

I went to pick my Bindi up from the vet's today and my sister waited in the van. As I entered a woman was struggling to get her dog out the door.It had a very loose collar on. When I got back in the van my sister said a lady came outside and her dog got loose and took off running into the street and through some yards.She said the lady ran after it, but came back a while later without the dog. I drove around looking for it but no where in sight. So scary, I always put choke collars on mine when I take them there because they can't slip out of them.I will be worrying about that all night. So sad.
Bindi had both her upper canine teeth extracted. Little dogs seem to have so much trouble with their teeth.She is only eleven. None of my big dogs seem to get bad teeth that often.
