June Weather Weddings, Picinics & more.

Mountain View, HI

no change in the weather - night time showers light to moderate. Showers ease off as the sun comes up and then the tradewinds blow at varying strengths during the say. Some days we have light daytime showers, plenty of blue sky and very warm 80-85 during the day. Winds are lighter to day and humidity is up but still basically the same pattern. Same forecast for the next 7 days with subtle variations. No substantial rain forecast and no storms on the horizon.
Keeping our eyes open though because it is Hurricane season and El Nino is on the way.

Last I heard, El Nino wasn't going to amount to much.

Winter Springs, FL(Zone 9b)

We're spending a couple weeks at Flagler Beach in the camper, yesterday got up to 95 before a good thunder boomer cooled us down. One bolt of the lightning actually rocked the camper... pretty scary stuff. Today more sun and high of 96, Real Feel 107.

They are calling for a high of 87F today. It was cloudy up until a few minutes ago.

I think DH said there will be no El Nino this year and we're fixing to have another drought year.

They are calling for a high of 93F. The rest of the summer and half of the fall will probably be pretty similar, with some excursions into the 100s.

82º & windy.

Mountain View, HI

This morning, 7.30 am, is absolutely beautiful. No wind, 68f and the sky is perfectly blue, a nice deep early morning blue, not a cloud in the sky. But it will get hot very quickly.

Yesterday was the same until about 2pm when it became cloudy and rained steadily for about an hour.

With this weather pattern it is unfortunately HOT and HUMID by about 10am. Yesterday in Hilo it was 82f but felt like 88f at sea level. At 2200 feet our temp reading was 86f by 1pm. We will see what it does today.

Must do yard work early.

86 currently and humid. We have a bit of a breeze but not much. Under a tornado watch til 1am.

Red Dutch lilies. Fragrant as heck. I can smell them clear at the bottom of the yard. Most of the other blooms have opened in the last day or so, so it's really popping in there now!!

At the house. Humid, steamy and still. At 7am 78*, 93%humidity, dewpoint 76*, wind south at 4mph.

Forecast is 91* with a heat index of 96*...overcast at the moment... the a/c helps we non water breathing forms to get oxygen and dry the dew off our brows, chuckl

They are calling for a high of 89F. It is a little more humid than usual but not too bad. This morning it felt like it could rain but it doesn't rain here this time of year.

Currently 90 and bad storms hitting up near the Iowa border again tonight. The cool front is supposed to drop and we are supposed to get our share later before cooling off for the rest of the week.
