No Mai this morning.
A blurry Purp
Morning Glories 2013 #05
I'm a big purpurea fan to Dany and yours are great!!
Jackie, love your No Mai!
Very pretty!
Dany, I like your addition!
They are beautiful!
I'm liking them Dany!
Pretty one Helena
Pretty Gray Haze Helena.
I planted 3 diff grays, hope they set buds soon.
We got a good rain last night so now all my leaves look so much better.
Went a long way in washing the bugs off.
My Pink Silk with heart shaped purpurea leaves. Still waiting on the blooms.
Milky Way on the fence with pandy.
Black Eyed Susie's all along the path.
Thanks Ronnie and Jackie.
Your mg leaves look pretty nice Jackie, pretty blooms too.
Thanks Helena.
Pink Silk should have nil leaves, pretty sure its a nil. I never even thought about it until I saw the heart shaped lvs. ;-)
Helena, I found one of those gold ladybug looking bugs on my pandy lvs. That's what 's destroying all my pandy lvs. A horrible pest.
One of my tubs with at least 4 mg vines in it is looking sick/in shock.
Bet I lose all 4 without knowing what happened to it. SMH
Jackie - love the conniptions that gold finches go into over Black-Eyed Susan. Some unknown gardener left a bag of their roots on our steps one summer, and now I, and other neighbors, know why they were such treasured "old settlers."
Dany - remarkable purps
Am appreciating everyone's mgs very much
Karen, I never see the lovely Gold Finches anymore. Used to see them
each yr in mid spring to early summer.
The other side of the path was also lined with Black Eyed Susans. Wish we had not pulled them, would have been quite a sight. I was so worried about snakes coming out from under them. I'll leave them next yr so they can
make their statement. Very impressive when you have 15 feet or more on each side of the walkway in full bloom. No wonder I'm getting chased by so many varmints, lol
Morning everyone! Love all these blooms!
Jackie, Your Black Eye Susans are a little different from mine. I also had a nice display earlier this year but after they started to go to seed I pulled them all out. I'm pretty sure I will get some more next year.
Dany, your mg's are to die for. Very gorgeous! I keep trying to start seedling from Karen's2005 seed packet to get one like yours #3 "café au lait" but had not had any luck yet. Too many of my seedlings died cause of the rain.
Helena, I understand about the rain, I carry my vines in and out, in every evening as a new storm approaches and out every morning for the sunshine.
They did get a good soaking night b4 last which helped wash off bugs but
they can't handle that much rain everyday so no choice but to do what I'm doing.
When my Black Eyed Susans start getting ugly, I'll pull them up too because
they will come right back next spring. They are easy to pull up in big clumps if they come up where you prefer they don't.
Dany, love # 2 and # 3
A beautiful blue from Helenas sds, thanks Helena
