Raised Beds

Id really really like some of those myself. It would sure make things look alot neater around here and be easier to garden.

It does, that area was out of control and wild looking.
I just need to plant it.
We are learning as we go. The first 2 beds need to be
redone this winter. Partly because some of the plants
have gone wild. And partly because we had not get the
building method down then.

this one is 2 feet high(roughly) and 3X4 feet. I am going to line it with pond plastic liner and plant moister loving plants.
This will also be a experiment on how to use the liners in a the future ponds, that we are going to build using landscape timbers

Thanks Planning on putting 2 or 3 in the back yard on that side. Just need to fence them to keep the 4 legged plant killer out of them.

Just picked some tomatoes out of once of the 1st beds we made, it gets morning sun but is protected by a huge oak tree shade in the afternoon.
