Does anyone have a source for Carex Divulsa or "Berkeley Sedge"? There is a source here at Dave's Garden but the shipping is outrageous. I need to tame a dry shady slope with a grass that looks attractive all year. This Carex seems to be the ticket if I can locate it at a decent price. Thanks for looking.
Trying to find a specific Carex
You could try Carex appalachica, http://www.northcreeknurseries.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/plants.plantDetail/plant_id/351/. North Creek has an appealing price but a steep minimum order; Daves Garden lists 5 other sources: http://davesgarden.com/products/ps/go/73570/
Thank you for your reply and I am sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I will check out this new carex and thanks again.
I hope it works for you. I want to track it down for myself!
