Sports Talk!! Part 9 Summer Games

I was actually rooting for the niners but found myself cheering the good plays by the ravens.

Great game. Wanted the Niners. Came close.

Didn't watch...just couldn't get into it this year....guess I was sick of watching tv after watching Uconn win their 2nd overtime in a row.....too much excitement.

There was a stretch in the 90's when many of the SB gamers were blowouts. Have been some real good games since.

Cannot believe they are getting rid of wrestling from the Olympics. Yet they keep such stupid crap like rythmic ribbon, modern pentathlon, field hockey, etc.

and keep ping pong and curling...geez what is going on with this world?

I watch the field hockey, not so much the wrestling. wrestling was in the original Olympics, shouldn't be taken out of the modern one.

And keeping out pole dancing!

curling is a huge sport outside of the us - wrestling should not be dropped.

Crazy about Oscar Pistorius. Waiting for the 'leg to stand on' jokes.

No softball or baseball in the olympics either.

Not in last one either. They are applying for reintroduction.
