Too much water, not enough water, needs to be transplanted, needs to be propped up?
Any ideas? Half the plant is on the ground.

Can you post some pictures and say a little more about the conditions (sun/shade, watering & fertilizing habits, how long have they been in the ground, etc)? I would add not enough sun to your list as well. Or if you've had rain lately that can weigh grasses down and make them flop. Pictures might not be very informative on the watering issue so you might want to stick a finger or a wooden skewer or something down a few inches in the soil and see how wet things are.
