What is this . . . ? Clumping Grass . . . ?

Menifee, CA(Zone 9a)

I found it where it gets full sun mid-afternoon,
but morning & afternoon shade, in the area of a wet-weather-wash.
(I haven't yet found it in my Web-searches.)

This pic is a close-up shot of its seed-stems.

I don't recall whether I used a flash on all of these pictures, or even some of them.
But, that first one appears to have been taken while the area was in shade.

Is this what you're looking for?:

Helictotrichon sempervirens
- Blue Oat Grass

I didn't take a look at 'my grass' after I took the pictures,
so am not sure if the stems & seeds took on that kind of appearance, or not.
From the 3rd photo it looks like some were already dry, so I have doubts that the appearance changed any.
But there IS more than one type of oat grass, apparently.
