C'mon folks..everybody post up them critters...BIG or small. Have a great day!!
Here's a Cloudless Sulphur to start us off
Critters Big and Small Vol. 10
A young red newt.
Before everyone gets upset, my son has been taught:
Which animals he can pick up and which ones not to
For the more agressive ones, to be ready to be bit and if you get bit, don't rip your hand out or throw the animal. It's a chance he is willing to take
To be gentle with them
To put them back where he found them
To wash his hands when he gets back home
He has been bit by garter snakes, crayfish, bugs, etc., but it hasn't slowed him down
He knows how to tell a poisonous snake from a non
etc.
etc.
He loves animals
His name is Asa
That's a big ol' snapper right there!!!! Your son reminds me of myself when i was his age. The grace of God that I lived this long, because I would catch and pickup critters and bring them home...such as snakes, lizards, baby coons, opossums, skunks, etc. Your pics bring back a lot of my childhood memories, Thanks.
I've got 25 more to post, but it's bed time.
I am looking forward to more critter adventures with Asa! (~;
Sounds like Asa is a born zoologist or vet!
