Have just learned about these for plants and am interested. Considering replacing a tier or two in my three-tier / four tube (48") per tier growing unit. Question (1) does the system work for seed starting and plants indoors? Question (2). panels I have seen for sale are about 12" X 12". How many would be optimal for a tier as described above?
Thanks for any information - Jim/ Boston and central MA
LED panels for indoor plants and seed starting
Right off I wonder if LEDs are bright enough. Any links to the equipment?
IMHO LEDs have not advanced enough to suit me. Kind of like how solar power hasn't come down in price enough for most people.
