I have those blasted hickory nuts all over too from the neighbors. Hazardous walking on the one side of the yard in the fall when all the nuts are falling off the trees!
Squirrel Pics Vol.15
aww.
I still want one!
That is sooo cute! I would love to have one of those feeders, but then I would have every darn squirrel in Heritage Lake at my house!! LOL
Ha!! Great job!
GP those are really good, I finally saw one, running on the power line like yours, today. Couldn't stop for a pictures, there were a few cars behind me . I love your feeder too.
Nanny, still have chippies ruling the yard enh? I can understand why, you don't want anymore squirrels at your feeder. Can they ever eat. They sit in the feeders, here for such a long time. A least this one wasn't in my yard. He was in his natural habitat, eating seeds from a tree.
What a balancing act!
I've been thinking about one of those peanut feeders. I've seen some in metal too. My Mom's squirrels were too dumb to figure it out!
Cool shot burn!! That is amazing!!
LOL @ Mrs. Ed!! :)
Thanks, they do have some great balancing skills.
GP, I was trying to get shots of the Red squirrel, jumping from the tree to the top of my gazebo too, today. The little rascal was so fast, most of the pictures I got were blurry. He was all over the place today. The gray squirrel is more laid back, and allows me to take pictures of him hanging down.
Saying a little prayer before lunch......
Funny how they make up for being bad. lol
Burn, I got the suet cage back...found 3 of them beating it with a stick out back. :|
LOL @ Burd!! :)
do you just have those bones wedged in the fence? Maybe I should do that with mine. It's always moving around the yard!
Yes, I stuck them in. Just turned one around yesterday because she had eaten so much of it. It was on the ground a few weeks ago when I noticed her coming down to eat it, but the noise attracted my cats, so I moved it out of their reach for her safety.
Nice shots all!! Gonna buy some dog chewys? lol They just won't leave the suet cage alone!
OMG!!!! What a once in a lifetime shot!! GREAT CATCH GP!!!!
