Stormy, you have been holding out on the tomato alley picture, love those pots!
I grow my tomatoes in self watering containers, so easy and they produce a lot to tomatoes.
2009 Gardening Year Highlights
'Black Russian' has become my favorite black tomato for productivity and flavor... I got seeds initially from my friend who doesn't always keep names straight because she grows so many kinds, so it could also be 'Russian Black', but "princess" is only an honorary title. :-)
Critter--Yes, I got the Russian Black seeds from you, too. I am going to try them this year. Two favorable reports here.
Stormy--that's a great idea for tomatoes. I probably can grow more that way as well and strategically put them where the sun hits because my yard is mostly shady.
Thanks Critter for those lovely tomatoes and Foxy for the compliment. Yes, that is my problem too, not enough sunny areas. This placement works well for capturing the sun.
