Kay
Got your seeds to day. Thank you. When should I start them?
From: hortchat.com
The seeds sprout easily. Plant in early spring to get the seeds growing and then the seedlings will be ready for the warm weather outdoors. Plant seed 1/4-1/2″ deep in a seed starting medium @ temperatures of 75-80 degrees. Keep the medium moist, not wet. Seeds should germinate in 1 week -to one month. Once the seedlings have several sets of their true leaves and the stems become woody 3-4″ plants, transplant into individual pots.

Take one of those thick paper towels and wet it then wring it out so its damp. Then sprinkle your seeds on the edge of one end and fold it over about an inch. Sprinkle more seeds and fold it again. Keep doing this until you have as many seeds as you want to sprout. Once it is completely folded over, wrap it in plastic cling wrap and stick it in a sunny place. Check on it in about a week and make sure the paper towel is still moist. If not, dampen it and stick it back in the cling wrap. Check on it every 3 or 4 days by unfolding it to see if any of the seeds are sending out roots.
It took only 2 weeks for the seeds to start cracking and sending out roots.
Thanks I saved the directions into my garden file so I will have it. I'll let you know how I do with them.
