Any Lawn Experts? Need Ideas For Thinning Fescue

Had I known more ahead of time before I chose Tall Fescue for my new lawn, it's likely I would have chosen something different.

The question now is what to overseed with? I'm looking for high quality to cover about 3,600 square feet. Anyone familiar with this one?

Maybe it's just a summer thing. No recent pics(latest July 16) but it thins out, has some minor brown patch, pilitium blight and gawd knows what else. It's only the first year but this thinning issue really bothers me.
