I got lots of pictures of it from the pancake breakfast on the plaza. There was a dragon leading a small parade as well as pancakes, a bandstand with bands, balloons, and a car show. Not quite sure how the dragon fit in, but it was a good costume.

Maybe the Dragons celebrate independence to live in moats of their own choosing. I'm sure that is a big thing for a dragon. What a coinkidink that their Independence Day is the same day as the American Independence Day. BTW how is your dragon roybird?

Maybe the dragon was celebrating Chinese Independence Day. It is a very attractive dragon. I would love to have an outfit like that.
