Wildlife Gardening: Lizard Puzzle, 4 by davefrance

Picture 2 is of a very young one about the same size as an adult wall lizard. Pictiure 3 is a more mature youngster probably 3 times longer (including huge tail) than the one in picture 2.
My puzzle is - Picture 4 - Still a green lizard but with very distinct markings unlike the other two. Is it a different species? Same species different sex?
