Lizard Puzzle

Gramat, France

We have many green lizards in and around our garden, Picture 1 shows adult male and female. I have managed to photograph a number of juveniles which are pretty plain. Picture 2 is of a very young one about the same size as an adult wall lizard. Pictiure 3 is a more mature youngster probably 3 times longer (including huge tail) than the one in picture 2.
My puzzle is - Picture 4 - Still a green lizard but with very distinct markings unlike the other two. Is it a different species? Same species different sex?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have no personal knowledge of lizards in France, but this is what I found on the internet:
1-3 are Lezard Vert, Green Lizard
4 is Lezard Agile, Sand Lizard

Thanks Pollengarden, appreciate you taking the time to look and reply. We have come to the same conclusion.
