I simply wanted to ask a question about when I could expect the seeds to be delivered and I got an unnecessarily rude and condescending email back which turned into an argument. They have a good selection of seeds and i’d been excitedly waiting for the arrival of mine only for them to cancel my order after I pointed out their poor customer service skills. I’m disappointed but not surprised as I can now see this company doesn’t care about representing themselves positively, I wish I had seen this other negative review so I wouldn’t have wasted my time waiting on seeds that would end up cancelled because Marianne Schmidt can’t regulate her emotions. Hope everyone else who orders from them does not run into any issues as it seems they are extremely poor at solving problems in a way that won’t leave a sour taste in your mouth. Good luck growing your company with such a poor attitude. At the very least they were competent enough to give me my money back unlike the other reviewer who simply never got their seeds and had their money stolen.

I spent about $15 including shipping, just a couple seeds I wanted and couldn't find elsewhere. What I received from them was a literal empty envelope. I contacted them through the contact page on their site and never got a reply. I had to track down an email address where I could actually reach out to them and they said there's nothing they could do as I was probably scamming them. Very rude and unprofessional. Not sure what their issue is but I won't order from them again.

We do not pay to mail empty envelopes to our customers. We do replace lost or damaged packages when the loss or damage is corroborated by the postal service, but not on the basis of claims that we mail empty envelopes."
