Farmacie Isolde

I have been ordering from Farmacie Isolde for several years. I have consistently had excellent customer service in that time. I once hit the "order" button just as I remembered an item that I'd neglected to put in my cart. I contacted them, explained what had happened, and asked if there was a way to change my order. They tossed the seed packet into my order free of charge. As their company has grown, I've noticed a slight lag in shipping times, which is to be expected. To my mind, it's well worth the wait. Their web site is a joy to read and is visually gorgeous. They are generous with their knowledge. I will continue to support them as long as they are slinging seeds. Up with good-hearted seed companies!

I simply wanted to ask a question about when I could expect the seeds to be delivered and I got an unnecessarily rude and condescending email back which turned into an argument. They have a good selection of seeds and i’d been excitedly waiting for the arrival of mine only for them to cancel my order after I pointed out their poor customer service skills. I’m disappointed but not surprised as I can now see this company doesn’t care about representing themselves positively, I wish I had seen this other negative review so I wouldn’t have wasted my time waiting on seeds that would end up cancelled because Marianne Schmidt can’t regulate her emotions. Hope everyone else who orders from them does not run into any issues as it seems they are extremely poor at solving problems in a way that won’t leave a sour taste in your mouth. Good luck growing your company with such a poor attitude. At the very least they were competent enough to give me my money back unlike the other reviewer who simply never got their seeds and had their money stolen.

I spent about $15 including shipping, just a couple seeds I wanted and couldn't find elsewhere. What I received from them was a literal empty envelope. I contacted them through the contact page on their site and never got a reply. I had to track down an email address where I could actually reach out to them and they said there's nothing they could do as I was probably scamming them. Very rude and unprofessional. Not sure what their issue is but I won't order from them again.

Fast service and good online help. Seed amounts pretty good overall. Germination has been very good for common seeds and acceptable for less common ones. Seed selection is pretty interesting; I hope they continue to bring in more unusual seed. Overall a very good experience.

Impressed by their selection of seeds. Good place for choice rarities. I just started indoor seeding a week ago and my germination rates have been excellent. Even in the case of sangria agastache which can be finicky. Very pleased.

Enjoyed the elegantly simple website, especially the amusing descriptions of some plants. Shipping was very fast. Looking forward to trying the free seeds they included as well. Green Thumbs Up!
