Comments regarding Farmacie Isolde

I have been ordering from Farmacie Isolde for several years. I have consistently had excellent customer service in that time. I once hit the "order" button just as I remembered an item that I'd neglected to put in my cart. I contacted them, explained what had happened, and asked if there was a way to change my order. They tossed the seed packet into my order free of charge. As their company has grown, I've noticed a slight lag in shipping times, which is to be expected. To my mind, it's well worth the wait. Their web site is a joy to read and is visually gorgeous. They are generous with their knowledge. I will continue to support them as long as they are slinging seeds. Up with good-hearted seed companies!

Fast service and good online help. Seed amounts pretty good overall. Germination has been very good for common seeds and acceptable for less common ones. Seed selection is pretty interesting; I hope they continue to bring in more unusual seed.

Impressed by their selection of seeds. Good place for choice rarities. I just started indoor seeding a week ago and my germination rates have been excellent. Even in the case of sangria agastache which can be finicky. Very pleased.
