When the order arrived the first time I was shocked. It came in a 2"pot
with all the leaves and stems dead. The packaging consisted of a twisted paper strip around the plant and enclosed in a small plastic bag. In other words DOA.
I emailed them about the plant and they requested that I send them pictures which I did.
I asked for a replacement plant and they agreed to do so.
I got the second order and was so disappointed- it was DOA. Again pictures were emailed and they refunded the cost of the plant minus the shipping charges.
Please be careful of this company- they charge an exorbitant amount for a very small plant which has a poor root system and the packaging frankly is a joke.
I have ordered many plants from various Nurseries in the US but this has been the worst experience. |
