It arrived in a thin cardboard box and the plastic bag inside was stuck so tightly I had to tip the entire box upside down to get it out and cut part of it away. If you want to spend most of your time sorting through all the rocks, sticks and debris please buy this seed. I wrote the company almost three weeks ago to ask why some of my wheatgrass sprouted red and what it was and ask about the amount of debris and have never received more than an automated reply. I then emailed them back to ask if someone would be contacting me and Carolyn Gibson's reply was "what do you want to know?" Their customer service is horrible and the quality of the seed is questionable. It splits much quicker than other seed I've used and the yield is very low. Oh yeah and the shipping costs almost as much as the wheat which is more expensive than any other I've used...ridiculous. I was slow in answering her complaint because my mother in law was dying. my husband said he would respond and even though he wrote a 2 page letter he never sent it. I normally respond immediately to customers but these were trying times and I did drop the ball. when I received her second email she did not say who she was, what it was about or anything. it was just an email asking how long it took me to respond. she did not ask if someone would be contacting her I did not even know who it was from it you received an email asking how long it would take you to respond and you had no idea who it was from or what it was about, how would you respond? |
