I've been ordering from Classic Caladiums for many years (decades?). They have a great product. I often get extra bulbs over what I ordered. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

So why is this a neutral, rather than a positive, review? Their response to customer communication is terrible, which is to say nonexistent. I placed an order in November 2022. Discovered in January that I would have to move. I changed the address in my profile on my account, which I followed up with a message to them on their contact page. In the message, I provided the new address, and asked them to confirm. There was no response.

Six weeks later, I sent them another message, asking them to confirm the new mailing address. Again, I received no response. Okay so it's spring (mid February) and perhaps they are busy.

I went to the addresses tab on the account button, and verified the correct address was present, and that the old address no longer showed.

Six weeks later, the shipment goes out to my OLD address. Fortunately I was able to change this on my FedEX account, although as I have not yet received the package, I cannot verify yet that it is going to come to my new address.

It's very important that a company follows up on communication. When I go to my account, and click on the "messages" button, my messages are present, so clearly they were received. But I do question whether anyone actually looked at them.

SUMMARY: Order from Classic Caladiums, get great product. Do not expect customer service to respond to you.

Just wanted to add that the plants did, indeed, still go to the wrong address. I was fortunately able to get them forwarded at my own expense. I sent a note to Classic Caladiums expressing my disappointment. I received no reply.

I reiterate: great product, but if there is a problem, do not expect any resolution or accommodation, due to nonexistent communication.
