Comments regarding The Worm Dude

I was very happy to have found a local worm farm right here in the bay area. Based on the positive reviews here I was expecting to have a nothing but positive experience. Well, not quite. I was surprised by the tracking information that the worms were shipped out of GA. I emailed Jerry to politely inquire about it. For one thing, I wanted to make sure the tracking # was correct, and secondly I was concerned that it's a long way for the worms to travel in a hot box. Jerry replied that my concern was 'irrelevant' because he does this every week. I was quite miffed by the response. The worms did arrive, a day later than promised and with a few dead ones. Overall they seemed fine. The packaging was good I thought. I can't bring myself to give either positive or negative rating, so neutral it is.
