I started calling and leaving voice mails the second week of April. After reading this forum I decided to try an email and got a response from Jamie within 24 hours explaining she was short handed and the order would be shipped asap. I received the complete order in 2 days and the vines are the best I've ever gotten mail order. Large, healthy and with tons of roots. I will definitely order from them again, and be more patient:) |

I first left a message and they returned my call the next day but only got my machine, when I called back someone answered so give them a chance when contacting them. I planted my vines in late february and as of today 7-18-2010 they look GREAT. All was well except the order was late but then taken care of with extras. |

I wish they had not stopped responding to my emails..... Had they explained the delay I would have been more understanding..... I hope they turn around the customer service side of their business..... |
Positive | cwetzel (1 review) | On Apr 22, 2005, cwetzel wrote: While it took much longer than anticipated to receive my 3 blackberry, 3 blueberrry and 3 raspberry plants, the people at Arkansas Berry finally delivered all healthy, live plants. It is very hard to get them on the phone; in my experience I had to call and leave a message and wait for about a week for a response. Email sometimes worked faster, but not always. When my first order got lost in the mail, they promised to fix it by adding 6 free plants and they did so. I think people need to understand this is a huge operation with a small family running it and with weather and the sensititivity of berry plants orders may not arrive on time. Overall, I was extremely satisified with my order...customer service leaves a bit to be desired. |
