Comments regarding Charley's Greenhouse & Garden Supply

I recently ordered a patio greenhouse, solar light and a folding fence from Charley's and I think this is a top notch company. I got an order confirmation but didn't hear anything else for a couple weeks, so I emailed them to see if my stuff was backordered. Customer service (TJ and another lady) called and emailed the next day,said there was a computer glitch and they had a copy of my order but it was never processed. I really appreciated that they were friendly and quickly fixed the problem with no hassles. I got my order that same week. Especially love the patio greenhouse, it is larger than I expected and seems sturdy and good quality. I would feel confident ordering anything from this place.

As a new greenhouse owner, I have really enjoyed buying my supplies from Charley's. I've found the catalogue to be a great source of information, in addition to having loads of neat stuff. I found the staff helpful when I've called, the website easy to use and the prices reasonable. Shipping was quick and everything has always been well-packed. I have just placed yet another order and will be back for more!

We ordered a patio greenhouse from Charley's and received it in a timely fashion. We had contacted them for information before we ordered, and found their Customer Service to be exceptional. When it arrived it was well-packed and had an untintelligible set of instructions (this is not a disparaging comment -- most "assemble-yourself" products come with the same kind of instructions, a photo of the parts and a tip sheet) which we managed to interpret and successfully assemble without having to call for instructions!

We LOVE the little greenhouse! It's just perfect for our balcony. Good quality and it'll last longer than our other balcony greenhouse that finally bit the dust this year.

I've ordered different things from Charley's and each time have been impressed, so I'll order again.

Last year I went looking for a part to my LeafWhacker that I had bought from Sears. Charlie's sells the tool so I emailed them. Several email later, we were sure we were on the right track as far as the correct part, and the part was ordered. (They even sent copies of the parts page!) I asked what I owed and was told nothing!!!! Can't get any better than that! What's really comical is the part came from a company about 50 miles from me in MA. Needless to say, if I need things that are offered by Charlie, that's where I go.

I received my order from Charleys in record time, their customer service ia a-+ and products too. They have been a great place for myself and husband, our life is growing potted trees and plants.Thank you.

We ordered a Chlorgon Water filter from Charley's Supply and it took 10 days to ship from Washington state to West Virginia through FedEx. I only ordered flats, pots, flat inserts and plant labels, and all were exactly what I expected, well packed, at good prices. Service and shipment were prompt.

I needed to order some insulation materials for winterizing, but I had a few questions about the products in the catalog. They responded to my email promptly and very thoroughly. I called to place an order and spoke to Julie, who was very gracious and obligingly answered more of my questions until I was confident that I was ordering exactly the right products for what I needed. I have high regards for their customer service. I've placed two orders and the products have all met my expectations.

We bought a 12x20 triple wall polycarbonate greenhouse kit from Charley's. We chose to take delivery at the manufacturing plant to save shipping charges. Everything was crated and strapped, parts in the crates were wrapped in protective material and taped together, everything was labeled, instructions were easy to understand, there was even a video of assembly techniques. The peices fit together easily and we had no problems. We have bought supplies from them since putting up the greenhouse and have had prompt service every time. The employees are polite, knowledgable and helpful. The retail store is a delight!

Website was easy to negotiate. Prices are reasonable. Order was processed quickly and arrived within 1 week. Customer service was very responsive to an error I found in their pricing.

Excellent customer service!and this was on a Saturday! Received a drip hose without the drippers and they were replaced within days with a nice hand written note.Would order from them again.

I think they're great for all the planting/seed starting/tool necessities. Cheaper for labels than just about anybody. Ship quick. Very honest and friendly. I've ordered from them several times!

I ordered greenhouse supplies from Charley's and have been very satisfied. They thanked me by giving me a discount coupon and did not even question it when I noted in my order that I had the coupon but forgot it and did not have a number or code. In fact, they sent me a lovely email assuring me there was no problem. The order arrived quickly, correctly, and in excellent condition. Besides just loving their catalog, I ordered a number of
items this winter and was very happy. They forgot to
include a discount, I called them and they straightened it
right out.

I've ordered some basic supplies (mostly labels and pots) from this company and been pleased with the quality, price and shipping speed.

Overpriced products, but convenient one-stop shopping. Prompt service. No complaints.

I ordered a greenhouse from them several years ago. Shipment was prompt and the finished product has been better than expected. The assembly instructions were somewhat vague about several points but a call to the helpful customer service department solved the problem. I am very satisfied with their product and service and definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a home greenhouse.

Ordered a greenhouse and never called before delivery, it just showed up, damaged. It took another 10 days to get replacement parts and they were not taped on top. I was told the tape would be sent and I would receive it the next day and I called 3 days later, was told they just shipped it. All they can say is "they are sorry". They do not bend over backwards for customer service problems. They do not value customers. I will shop elsewhere.

Found many useful items in their catalog online and my first order was very fast in shipping and was completely correct. The prices were reasonable and I plan on ordering from them in the future. Loved the umbrella frost protectors, like mini greenhouses and not expensive at all, plus they did the job very well during our first big freeze of the year. One of my tropical hibiscus that I tryed on of these out on didn't even lose a leaf in 25 degree weather!

I found everything that I needed to begin my daylily seedlings... the phone service was quite helpful and the delivery was within mere days (without an additional charge~ just standard shipping)

I was pleased with both the selection and service... and I WILL be doing business with them again.

I ordered seed-starting supplies from Charley's Greenhouse and Garden Supply. All of the merchandise arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would recommend this company.

They have a terrific selection of hobby greenhouse kits (which I have not tried to order yet) and a wide variety of professional equipment -soil sterilizers, misting equipment, foggers, etc.- which is often hard for the amateur to find. I have ordered from them three times in the past two years and plan to do so again. They are friendly folks to deal with and their prices on most items are very good.

Has a wonderful selection of greenhouse supplies weather your building a greenhouse or already have one. I ordered serveral things when I was building my greenhouse and found the best prices here for the things I needed.Delivery was really fast which was great since the things I ordered I needed in a hurry. Will gladly order from them again.
