Received absolutely nothing from them in terms of communication about my order and I now had to file a case in the resolution center after sending 2 emails that received absolutely no response at all. Such a shame as it seems this was once a reliable place to shop but no more. Buyer beware! I hope I can get my item or the money back. |

I try to be positive, but it really does feel like I only got my plants because I posted about my experience here. The good: When my plants did eventually ship, I got them in two days, and they're absolutely gorgeous. I've never seen a better packing job, and neither plant had so much as a creased leaf. In the end, I'm very wary about ordering from Eldon Tropicals again; I like to have communication with the folks I'm buying from, even if it's just a general update on their website or social media. I can tell they've got great plants though, so I do plan to buy from them again, it'll just have to wait until the next time I'm forced to go to Florida. |

That was the reason for delay in shipping. If you want, will replace your plant.
