Back in February I ordered one white lilac, one pink lilac, two Chinese wisteria and 10 Japanese Larch from this company. My card was charged and my order confirmation said shipment was scheduled for early April. It is now 4/19 and I have not received my trees. All email attempts to contact go unanswered and the phone number given on their website kicks over to a fax machine after 6 rings every time I call. These trees were meant as a gift for my Father, and at this time it looks like I will be looking for an alternative gift, and contacting both my bank and the better business bureau if my trees don't show up by the end of the week.

Well I still have not seen my trees or heard back from them via email or by phone. I certainly will not be making any future purchases from this company and definitely will let others know to avoid them. At this point I'm out $54.91, and that certainly does not make me a happy person. They have my money, but I don't have the product I was promised.

I changed my rating to neutral.
My trees arrived today just as I was investigating the fraud reporting system for my bank.

Why Neutral?

The trees arrived three weeks after I was told they would.

The trees while they look healthy it is obvious they have been bare rooted for a while. How can I tell? Bare rooted trees when kept in cool storage will start to sprout after a certain point. All my trees had started to sprout, and all the foliage is yellow due to a lack of light. This means they sprouted while in storage, as there is usually no means of trees getting light in storage.

So I will be taking the time to get them potted up possibly tonight or tomorrow. I have them in a place where they will stay moist until I get to them in the next day.

Now it is up to Mother Nature and some TLC to see if these trees pull through.
