Comments regarding Diane's Flower Seeds

I placed an order several weeks ago and was very happy to get my package within a matter of days. Diane's seeds were in clear packages and looked extremely healthy. I was pleased with the number of seeds per package and that each packet was clearly marked with sowing instructions. I also received a free package of seeds which I was not expecting. The website is EASY to use too!!! I would definitely shop here again.

Diane was very helpful and answered my questions promptly. My seeds were shipped right away, and she even included an extra packet of seeds for free. I will definitely buy from this vendor again in the future!

I received an excellent service from Diane.

I live in the UK and the seeds arrived in four days, I was expecting it to take at least a fortnight. They were very firm, healthy looking seeds and really well packaged and labelled.

Together with the excellent seeds and service I had received, Diane also included extra seeds.

I consider Diane had put effort in to providing customer satisfaction, resulting in one very happy customer who will go back time and time again.

I was very happy with the speed at which my seeds arrived. One of the varieties I was not able to find anywhere else. The germination was close to 100% - better than seed from some of the larger companies I have ordered from. They arrived quickly and in good shape. The prices are very good. And to top it all off - I e-mailed a question in very late at night expecting an answer maybe the next day. It was answered almost immediately, I know this person cares about what they are doing

After doing business with some other shady bad seed companies.. I am very happy to find a company like Dianes seeds ... The prices are great ... the seeds are well packaged... NONE appear to be cracked or broken..Plus she threw in extras..and everything got to my door in a very prompt manner. I will buy from her again.

I recently received my order from this company and I'm very happy. They have a great selection, including some hard to find seeds and the prices are excellent. I also like the way the seeds are packaged in small clear plastic bags with a zip-lock closure. I garden in all sorts of weather and have lost a lot of seeds due to packages getting damp or wet. The free package of seeds was nice too and I'm ordering again this week.

I ordered from Diane's based on the recommendations here, and I'm very glad I did. When I placed my order I asked if she knew where I could get a variety of Russian Sage that she didn't carry. She replied very quickly, added a free packet of the kind of Russian Sage she does carry, and gave me some good advice about caring for it as well. The seeds arrived very quickly and include germination info. on the label. It's too early to be able to say how they'll grow, but the package had that incomparable scent of fresh seed just waiting to bloom. Assuming they do, I've found a new favorite seed source.

I just placed my second order. I was so impressed with the speed in delivery, and the free seeds that came with my first order I could not resist ordering again. The web site was real easy to use. I can't wait til spring to see how well the gremination does. I will be ordering more soon.

The reason I go back is twofold. She does the "business" part of her work very efficiently: ships orders ASAP, answers questions promptly, offers many seeds at a low price (and with an excellent germination rate). But her REPEAT business (and word-of-mouth popularity) is thanks to her friendly, helpful and responsible attitude. Here is a vender who cares about her seeds and appreciates what her herbs and flowers bring into your life. I have no hesitation at all in rating her as a four-star vender.
