Just wanted to say they were very good to me I forgot I ever placed an order and when I remembered, I called them, they looked it up for me.. Sent me an email with the invoice, Sent me an email when the plants were shipped. The plants arrived nicely packaged and labled... The prices were phonamanol!!!! I got rain lilies, and hostas. Not even one leaf was out of place. Beautiful color and good healthy roots on the hostas. I will shop with them again!!!! Ronna Bonneau

This company is well worth a look if you like Hostas or Daylilies. I purchased a hosta and several daylily cultivars. I received very strong plants for amazing prices. I ordered 2 or 3 fans of 8 cultivars.

Only one fan of the whole group had a less then stellar set of roots, but I am confident that it will pull through just fine.

These guys will be at the top of my list from now on. I have another order of hosta's coming later next month and am confident that it will be another wonderful surprise.

The products have been of excellent quality, perfectly packaged, and promptly shipped. When there was a viability issue with co-op plants, which did arrive alive and well packaged, I was quickly given a credit without even asking for it! This is a fair company with integrity with owners/staff who go the extra mile to way to accommodate their customers and the desires of Dave's Garden members.

I am enjoying spring blooms from the previously reviewed co-op. Eflowergarden, touchofnature.com, and bleek with his daughter Ingrid, are where I look first for my bulbs-and now to host co-ops with. I discovered eFlowerGarden when they posted a classified ad on DG. Ingrid was very helpful and sweet on the phone, and they were very kind to gift me several irises when they were sold out of the color I wanted. They let me know when the order was to be shipped and it arrived promptly. Bulbs are beautiful, clean and healthy! I highly recommend them!

I bought from the Daves co-op here and the Iris bought are the best deal I have seen.. less the two dollars each, but the trade off is they are very small. I will be waiting for a few years to see blooms but the price was to hard to beat.

I searched for a bulb drill and found it here 8/1. While I was there I placed an order for bulbs for fall shipment -- very tempting prices. Then I forgot about the order (Couldn't find it in my inbox when I just looked, so I don't know if they send a confirmation email or I misplaced it.)

My order arrived today (on time for fall shipping), healthy bulbs, well packaged. Only they were out of the bulb drill apparently. No problem, as they didn't charge me for it. But I didn't know it wasn't coming until today, so I don't have one on hand with my bulb order...

Very nice people, I spoke to them on the phone. They have nice bulbs for a nice price, and I'll be ordering from them again. I'm not sure if this is their mistake (no order confirmation email) or mine. So I'll rate them positive because I like what I did get.

Ingrid has emailed back and forth with me on two separate occasions, providing me with helpful instructions and answers to my questions about starting calla and picotee begonia bulbs in my zone (5). After receiving my bulbs exactly when I requested them, I successfully started them indoors in April, and they bloomed beautifully in early summer--sturdy, healthy, beautiful plants. I have received many compliments on these "exotics" (for my neck of the woods). I'll definitely order from them again.

I ordered several items that were supposed to be delivered for planting at the proper time for my zone 5 garden. I ordered back in January to be assured that I would get the plants I ordered, and when they shipped my order, I was not sent the Pretoria Cannas I had wanted so badly - they were the main reason I had placed the order in the first place. They said on the invoice that they their stock was full of bugs, so they were not shipping them anymore .....

They dropped the ball all the way around on my order, and they do not reply to your emails when you have problems with your order or receive stock that was damaged in shipping. I've very dissapointed that I have to come here on a public forum because they will not reply to customer concerns.


On June 1st, 2006, TheFountainLady changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following:

I am upgrading my rating to a neutral, as after I posted here on this forum I was contacted by eFlower Garden about the problems with my order. They sent me a replacement Hosta that was more the size that I expected the first time, with two eyes and several leaves.

I do not know how the Caladiums will do now that they have finally been planted. Having to hold them over for a month and a half before they could be planted can not be good for these bulbs. They are now shriveled, as you would expect. I planted them this morning, watered them in good & have my fingers crossed.

I may order from this company in the future, because of their good prices - but I will not allow them to pick a ship date ever again. If you live in the north and are in zone 5 or lower - you need to tell them exactly when you wish them to ship your plants to you .... as they will not look up on the frost charts (like many other companies do) to see when it is safe to plant in your zone.

It is now 8 days later and I have still not heard back from this place. I did get my order after making multiple phone calls to Federal Express, but I was not impressed with Customer Service at Eflower Gardens considering it would only take a couple of minutes to look into my inquiry. I can't believe this, but Ingrid said she is changing their "return to sender" address directly to her so she can watch for shipping questions instead of the automated one I used. This company really took me by surprise with how much they care, how much time they spend assisting their customer's concerns and I was totally wrong to go neutral with my first comment. Apparently, and based on my excellent service today, whatever happened was very coincidenal and I would highly recommend shopping here to anyone and I personally plan to shop here in the future. AAAA++++ company.

First time I have ordered from this company and I am really pleased. When I got my 3 hostas, they were pretty small. I opened their bags, watered them and they have grown like weeds in the past week. One had only one eye about an inch long, it now has 4 nice size leaves. Same thing with the other 2. They are Very lovely and growing wonderfully.

I mentioned to her that about the one hosta and she immediately sent me back an e-mail saying they would look into the matter. Bert immediately sent me an e-mail explaining what the problem could have been and offered to send me another of the hosta I was concerned about. Well, I must say, this totally blew me away, not only did they actually care what I thought, they bent over backwards to make sure thie customer was happy. I placed a small order for crocus, a few tulips, hyacinths and paperwhites for forcing. My order was processed & shipped promptly. The bulbs were big, plump, and perfect -- truly remarkable, especially at such reasonable proces. I will definitely be placing larger orders with them in the future!

The bulbs I got from this company were huge! I ordered from some other places and there was just no comparison. I will order bulbs from here always first, only if they don't have what I want will I look anywhere else. Even got a follow-up email to make sure everything was ok with my order. I haven't found any other company that does this, and I've ordered plants from all kinds of places. The iris's they sent were nice, but it was the daffodil bulbs that were truly outstanding.They were so cheap, I wasn't sure what I'd get, now I only wish I'd ordered more, well there's always next year!
