In the past I participated in various co-ops with products supplied by Bert and Ingrid and have never been disappointed. The tulips and lilies are absolutely beautiful. I gave several tulips to my sister and this spring she texted me "Tulips are the talk of the town!" Excellect products. Look forward to purchasing more.

I had a problem Saturday trying to get into an area on their website & emailed them regarding it...I got a "same day" phone call back from Bert himself and two different emails regarding my question and that was taken care of!!!! Again, the bulbs I ordered last year were awesome when I recieved them and it's only gotten better.....THANK YOU, BERT!!!!!!

I have placed orders from eFlowerGarden before it changed to it's current "Coop" format, and was generally satisfied. This is the first time I have tried to place an order through their "Coop." I am not pleased. The system is cumbersome and not customer friendly. One must cut and paste items into a comment section as well as type additional information for each item. I had registered, logged in and spent almost 2 hours putting together an order from what is really not that extensive of a selection. The prices, while good, are not exceptional. One can find better "deals" if one shops around. I only finished the order because once I started, I felt that too much effort had been made to quit. In the end, when I submitted my order, I received an "error." In the blink of an eye, all my effort was lost to cyberspace. No way would I put forth energy again for what I think is so little potential reward. My problem is with their online system and not with their quality of product or service, so I will give them a neutral rather than a negative. For those willing to put forth such effort merely to place an order, go for it! I will not.

When we went "live" with the present Co-op, we were not aware of any problems. Then when the first emails came in making us aware of a "problem when submitting the order" I needed to contact the IT person who was flying at that time from New York to Atlanta. In the meantime, I also got an email from above customer advising us of the frustration they had to go through and understandebly so. I answered the email that we were looking into it what might cause the trouble and asked her to please give us time to find the problem and correct it. In the meantime we got this "neutral" remark on our report card, which is fine, but we felt it needed an explanation.

The problem was (we were unaware of this) that there was a 10 minute timing out in the code. We have changed that in the meantime to 60 minutes. So far it is working fine.

As far as cut and paste, this is merely a suggestion for people who do not want to type in the items to purchase.

We value the opinion of the members and will try to do our best to make changes if needed, specially when there is a flaw in a system, but we also expect the same courtesy back to allow us time to correct it. And while we try to do our best for all members, it is very well possible that we can not please all of the people all of the time.

Posted on May 2, 2008, updated April 3, 2010 I just received my hosta from the Spring Fever Hosta Co-op hosted by Notmartha (Dori). They are beautiful, healthy and fresh. All were very nicely packed with the roots and moist soil tightly wrapped in plastic and clearly labeled. All were laying sandwiched between two layers of lightweight packing peanuts and had absolutely no damaged leaves. I'm very pleased with my plants and the great care that has obviously gone into growing, packing and shipping them. Will definitely be a return customer--co-op or not=D

I just received my second gladiolus order in three years. Don't know why I didn't order last year. Everything has always come as marked, and the glads are just beautiful. Posted on November 21, 2009, updated January 6, 2010 Wow! I wish I had found eflowergarden earlier! I orderd three lemon-lime amaryllis las week. Unfortunately (my fautl) they only had two left, but I received a phone call immediatly asking if I wanted a substitute or a refund. I indicated one other bulb, but since I was not at home, didn't know if it was already out of stock. I received an email later in the day indicating the 'sub' had been sold out. The bulbs arrived very very quickly and they are enormous! I am absolutely thrilled wiht the price, quality, and customer service. I am only disappointed that I didn't find them earlier. They are on my ++++ list now!

I'm glad some are happy I wish that I'd just gave the money to the homeless my order was terrible dry up rz's with rot and mold they have been out of the ground way too long I've still got a dozen rz's that I dug two months ago down in my hot garage that are in way better shape. Saying I'm not happy is a understatement I wouldn't give rz's in this shape away let alone sell them my "throw away's" are better, definitely lost my business or any sort of recommendation to any one else.


On August 30th, 2008, DaLoveRat changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following: Although the customer rep did replace the rotten irises promptly they "warehouse" their irises too long to suit me and arrive very dried out with very little "green" they probably will grow with lots of extra intention still this company is not for me. This company may be a "brokerage" not growing their own irises hence them being so dried up.

I guess they fix problems by ignoring them hoping for them to go away, they must not put customer service high on their list. If you feel like getting the wrong plants and don't care about throwing money away on fertiziler & merit and if your time isn't valuable then go ahead. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM.

I had ordered white daffodills last fall but by the time they got to my order, all the ones I wanted were gone. My fault as I ordered late. They contacted me and sent me bulbs that were a bit small but close to what I had originally wanted for my white gargen. I was very impressed as they did not charge me anything. This spring I had some nice white daffodills to enjoy. This fall, I will order much earlier to get what I want and it will be thru this company.

We placed an order for daylilies and couple of hostas with eflowergarden. The daylilies were nice size single fans one of them was double fan, all with good root system. The plants were well packed and labelled. We potted them up and now couple of them are already sending out scapes. The hostas had alteast 2 or more eyes. They all survived. The price is good . We will recommend to anyone who want to buy good plants for less price.

OH MY the Nicest, Biggest, most reasonable prices! I don't know how they do it but I will look here before I buy anything anywhere else! I can't wait to order my fall bulbs from here!! I am extremely happy with my purchase from eflowergarden.com. I ordered 2 types of daylilies from them. I am happy with the quality of the plants and I got my order VERY quickly. (I placed the order on 4/30, it was shipped the NEXT day and I received the package on 5/2.) The daylilies were carefully packed. The fans are not overly large, but they are consistent with the varieties that I ordered (minis) and have good root systems. I will order from this vendor again.

Just wanted to say they were very good to me I forgot I ever placed an order and when I remembered, I called them, they looked it up for me.. This company is well worth a look if you like Hostas or Daylilies. I purchased a hosta and several daylily cultivars. I received very strong plants for amazing prices. I ordered 2 or 3 fans of 8 cultivars. Only one fan of the whole group had a less then stellar set of roots, but I am confident that it will pull through just fine. These guys will be at the top of my list from now on. I have another order of hosta's coming later next month and am confident that it will be another wonderful surprise.

Oh, if only I could have more companies like this in my life! I placed an order recently, and promptly received an email from Ingrid asking for clarification. I've received hundreds of bulbs now from this company at excellent discount prices offered to DG through the classifieds or co-ops. The products have been of excellent quality, perfectly packaged, and promptly shipped. When there was a viability issue with co-op plants, which did arrive alive and well packaged, I was quickly given a credit without even asking for it! This is a fair company with integrity with owners/staff who go the extra mile to way to accommodate their customers and the desires of Dave's Garden members.

I discovered eFlowerGarden when they posted a classified ad on DG. Ingrid was very helpful and sweet on the phone, and they were very kind to gift me several irises when they were sold out of the color I wanted. They let me know when the order was to be shipped and it arrived promptly. Bulbs are beautiful, clean and healthy! I highly recommend them!
