We drove over to pick them up, and when we arrived they had not been counted, or boxed. We spent 4 hours helping them count and box them as we had driven 7 hours. Not a huge deal, but it should have told us something. |

Got a call in March regarding they were out of Seascape and they wanted to substitue another. I said no, cancelled the strawberries and ordered from another site. I left the balance of my order with Daisy which was 100 asparagus plants and 10 black berries. Still waiting on these. I have called several times. Most of the time you get a recording and have to call back. When you finally get ahold of someone, they act like they don't know what is going on. Have to always go "find out" where the order is. when they put the phone down, they don't put you on hold and you can hear everything. Mostly just laughter and chatter. Twice I have been told that they don't know what the status of the order is as their "shipper" has gone home for the day. They did charge my credit card, but still no product. Still waiting as they have told me twice now that it will ship "Monday". I will never order from this company (I use the term loosely) again. |

My checking account shows they took out $50 for payment on 3/15/14. I received an invoice from them stating I owed an additional $40 and If I did not send it, the order would not be shipped. Invoice was dated 2/28/14. I emailed them 3 times since and no response. I tried calling several times. Got a recorder that said to leave a message 2 times. No return call. The rest of the times I tried to call I got a message that said voice mailbox is full. I am not happy. I wanted my asparagus in the ground 6 weeks ago. As far as I know, I will never be getting any nor my $50 back. $50 does not sound like much but I live on a $428 a month pension so it a big deal to me. I would never order from Daisy Farms again. |

Needless to say a waste of time. They never have time to talk to you and you never get to speak with the owner. May have cheap prices, but if you're strawberries don't run well, you're wasting time, money and land. |

SENT PACKAGE OUT APRIL 28 WAITED AGAIN NO PLANTS, MEANWHILE CALLED NEIGHBOR IN FLORIDA AND SAID IF UPS DROPS OFF PLANTS TO REROUTE TO MICHIGAN, WHICH HE DID UPS SAID THEY SHOULD SEND BACK TO SHIPPER. CALLED PAM AGAIN NO PLANTS ANYWHERE, SAID SHE WOULD SHIP AGAIN BUT OF COURSE OUT OF SOME VARITIES BY NOW. SHIPPED AGAIN NEXT WEEK BY NOW 1ST SHIPMENT FINALLY CAME FROM FLORIDA, NOT IN THE BEST OF SHAPE AFTER TRAVELING FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS IN HEAT, PLANTED THEM. AS OF AUGUST 4 LOOKS LIKE THEY SWITCHED THE EVER BEARING FOR THE JUNE BEARING, MY JUNE BEARING ARE BLOOMING AND NOT MANY RUNNERS AND EVERBEARING ARE NOT BLOOMING AND HAVE RUNNERS ALL OVER THE PLACE. I THINK THIS ORDER WAS SCREWED UP WHEN INPUTED WITH NORTHERN CITY WITH SOUTHERN STREET ADDRESS. SINCE UPS HAS ME ON RECORD OF RECEIVING ITEMS IN FLORIDA THEY JUST ROUTE IT TO THAT STREET ADDRESS. GLAD I CANCELLED THE RED RASPBERRIES AND RHUBARB I MIGHT HAVE GOTTEN THEMBLE BERRIES AND SOUR DOCK FOR PLANTS. |
