I took a risk after reading that they were hard to contact and it's true. After weeks of attempting to reach them, they have my money and I have no way of knowing whether or not they received the order. They have a great selection of Japanese maples but their business skills are seriously lacking.

1) They seem to offer plants in stock but the cart links to PayPal do not work for either Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari browsers.
2) They have never replied to my numerous, simple emails over a year's time-span and won't provide a phone number on their website to contact them.
