After commiserating on a Native Habitat Facebook group with others about our mutual poor experience with TN Wholesale Nursery, I was inspired to share my experience here. I once ordered 100 1 year old bareroot seedlings and what arrived was a quart sized ziplock bag of seeds that had sprouted just days before. I tried to contact them about it and never received a response.

I should have realized they were a rip off company since 2 of the photos posted on the daylily page are aztec lilies. What kind of nursery doesn’t even know their own product!
I do not recommend this company and will never do business with them again.

I purchased 400 2-year old boysenberry plants from TN Nursery and have extensive experience with berry plants. However, I received 363 starter blackberry plants approximately 6 months old. 90% arrived dead and all the plants were in a 12" square box with no terasorb to keep the roots moist or any protection whatsoever. The roots were dry as a bone, stems brown and brittle, etc. The plants were not fresh dug. Researching the company indicates it is essentially a multi-tiered Straw-Man corporation shielding each facet of it's operation from the other. My credit card was charged by Tammy and Sons Logging and all calls to them or TN Nursery were never returned. It took months before I was able to get my money returned via a chargeback. I had recommended a friend purchase 400 boysenberry plants at the same time and he received 400 2-year old blackberries. These were packaged with terasorb and shipped properly, however they were the wrong plants and all the roots and lower stems were infested with crown borers and nematodes. He called the same day and Tammy told him to throw away the blackberries and expect a replacement order. I advised him to return the plants anyway and assisted him in having Fedex pick them up for return within the 24 hour TN Nursery deadline. The replacement order arrived and they were also blackberries, but these were 1-year plants also infested with crown borers. The tags had been marked as boysenberries, but are easily distinguished from any blackberry. Considering all 3 orders were wrong, I choose to assume based on the facts at hand that TN Nursery thought that most or almost all buyers wouldn't know the difference. TN Nursery claims to be State inspected and I'm certain they are, but they no doubt have contracts with many growers and clearly not all of them are being inspected. The experiences we've had with this company are horrible to say the least. TN continually hides behind the fact that the majority of their mail order customers are out of State and unable to sue their company. Moreover, once a problem occurs they allege that they only sell to wholesale State registered nurseries, and that a customer has no warranty of merchantibility whatsover, even if the company sends the wrong plants. Every customer who does business with this company essentially becomes a victim the moment they give their credit card info, and are at their sole mercy of TN Nursery, IF, they in their discretion want to make the order right. What is more surprising though is that TN Nursery specifically says on their website that anyone placing a minimum $150.00 order is welcome purchase at their wholesale prices, but apparently it is up to the consumer to read the fine print wherin the 24-hour guarantee will not apply to them. TN Nursery and it's other DBA's have been investigated countless times and the sheer volume of complaints with the Better Business Bureau are shocking. TN has become quite adept at skillfully wording and changing their web pages to avoid being shut down, and they will bully a customer to death every chance they get. My own credit card company had a very difficult time with them and I was on the phone many times and had to send several legnthy letters of appeal. Recently I've been getting emails from TN Nursery offering to pay me $5.00 to leave false positive feedback on various gardening websites, in addition to offers of free advertising on their site if I will leave positive comments as directed. I am stunned to say the least. In tracking TN Nursery over the last 1 1/2 years I have seen quite a few of these false positives from other customers and have even seen quite a few posted on this forum as well. Many positive comments are actually posted by TN Nursery staff who register an email address and user ID with Dave's Garden Forum, posing as customers, just to post enough positives to try and offset the negatives! Although this forum seems to catch most of the false positives and convert them to neutrals, I would like to meet just one customer who was really happy with their purchase. I honestly don't know anyone. Rather than badger and intimidate customers, and deny chargebacks for constantly wrong orders and dead plants and trees, it would seem to be easier to fix the problem. Why can't TN Nursery supervise their own growing fields and the others they contract with; so that their customers get the right plants in good health the first time? It is illogical to think they would prefer to argue and risk alienating so many customers, that eventually the Tennessee State Attorney General's Office closes them. Off course, even then they can transfer the assets under a new corporate name and family relatives and be back in business in about 1 week.

On July 23rd, 2011, hobbit7 added the following:

Today I was threatened by a Susan Green via email who claims to be a legal adviser for TN Nursery, stating that I need to remove my negative comment or I will be sued for defamation and slander. My comments are not slanderous; as any attorney or legal adviser would know. Written statements posted on a private web forum for the benefit of PRIVATE member fellow gardeners; who must register to post; would have to be blatantly false and deliberately injurious with malice, AND be openly and publicly distributed for any potential libel claim to have any possible merit. Objective comments and facts which are posted by an actual purchaser and victim are not libel or defamation, they are the truth, and are also protected free speech under the 1st Amendment.

After looking at my receipt today, I actually purchased 501 plants. Understating my original damages and losses is not actionable by TN Nursery against me. Obviously though; as the injured party I have a claim against them; as do so many other posters. I should also have mentioned in my original posting that all the incorrectly sent blackberry plants had been ripped out of the ground, so most had no roots whatsoever. This leaves little doubt as to why they were dead on arrival. The crown borers and nematodes were just trying to eat like the rest of us. Needless to say, most of the few remaining survivors also subsequently died.

Although I have deleted a number of TN Nurseries advertising emails over the past few months, I have many backed up in Outlook Express. I found one where TN Nursery is offering me $10 in credit, or free advertising on their site to post a positive comment. I will not speculate why they increased their offer from $5.00 to $10.00 for a positive rating. Susan Green's email also confirms that TN Nursery and Tennessee Wholesale Nursery are the same company. Cross checked posts on the web and Daves Garden forum; including response postings by TN Nursery staff indicate they also have DBAs under DNT Nursery, D & T Nursery, Quick-Growing-Trees.com, Fast Growing Trees, and Wholesale Native Plants. My credit card and emails to the company indicate they are also doing business as Tammy Sons, Tammy & Sons Logging, and Tammys Pools. Under the circumstances it would be very difficult do a search with the State of Tennessee to determine which of these numerous DBAs are valid businesses, and which are website businesses or aliases with no physical address; bringing in sales to Tennessee Wholesale. ( Note that 'Nursery' is now omitted from the business name), which the company stated on 7/22/11 is is their true legal name.

Fortunately, I've saved most the dead plants and can take pictures to show what I received. I can also take pictures of the 6 struggling blackberry survivors along with actual boysenberry plants in my 2 patches. As the saying goes, "A picture is worth a thousand words" and a comparison is easy to do. The leaf color and count are different, as are the vines and thorns.

Looking at TN Nurseries website today, it has changed substantially since I last visited it and I have copies of their original terms and website policies from my chargeback.

At this time they have posted a BBB blue logo on their website from the Better Business Bureau, although they are not a member and have no affiliation or accreditation.

I was even more shocked to read this in their current posted terms:

Q:What If I Order and Then Try To Get A Chargback?

A: Call us. We report all chargebacks to collections and after 30 days. we report to the 3 major credit bureaus as deliquent. This severly lowers your credit score as well as cripples your ability to get a loan, line of credit or a major credit card.

Why would they need or want to threaten their customers in advance, and POST it on THEIR public website? If a company sends the right plants, the correct number ordered, and they're healthy, customers would not complain. Moreover, it is illegal for a company to turn over an account to collections when there is a valid dispute in process. Under the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act the collection agent and the company can then be sued for monetary damages by the customer. Customers also have the right to send a letter to the collection agency stating the reason for their chargeback, and that the collection agency is to have no further contact with them. It is called a 'cease comm' letter, and at that point the agency must return the account back to the alleged original creditor. Then the consumer can send their evidence and correspondence to the 3 Bureaus and ask that they remove the derogatory entries wrongfully placed on their credit reports. Sadly, 99%+ of consumers don't know their rights and are victimized by numerous companies every day, especially hospitals and credit cards. Companies just love it when a consumer tries to get a loan and has to pay money they don't owe to clear up their report immediately because they have no time at that point to legitimately dispute false derrogatories. It is estimated that more than half of all credit reports and negatives are false. A consumers best advice is to check their report yearly and dispute all misinformation so they avoid these problems or nip them in the bud.

Obviously, phone and email communication normally resolves problems before they get out of hand. And as I've previously posted, sending the right plants, accurately counting them, and making sure they are healthy before shipment is a lot easier to do than arguing with a customer and citing no returns or refunds after the fact. My own situation mirrors virtually every other complaint on this site. Out of dozens of phone calls and emails I made and sent over a 2 month period following the receipt of my order, only 1 phone call went to the answering machine. In every other case I was told by the machine that it was full and could not accept messages. No emails were ever answered. It was only after filing the chargeback that 1 phone call was answered by a defiant woman who threatened to ruin my credit and that it was company policy to thouroughly deny all chargebacks, and that once a chargeback was filed that a customer would never get their order replaced and would be blocked from buying on their site entirely.

However, when I called on different phone lines they were answered promptly and courteously by both the sales department and customer service, ready to take my order, or give advice on blueberries which I also inquired about.

Caller ID, call screening, and call blocking are edged swords, but they should never be used to prevent customers from calling customer service after an order has arrived, and ultimately seeking what they actually ordered and paid for.

I have pasted Susan's email for reference.

In early May of 2011 I ordered 300 Bare Root Ferns from TN Nursery. The roots arrived in about a week or less. I planted them promptly, within 36 hours of arrival, watering as necessary. The roots seemed rather skimpy and dry to me upon arrival but I've never worked with bare root plants before so I relied upon TN Nursery's expertise in these matters based upon information gleaned from their website. When the vast majority of the roots failed to sprout within a reasonable amount of time I contacted Tammy Sons, president of Tennessee Wholesale Nursery who advised me by e-mail to give them another week, which I did. Of 300 roots only about 10% survived. This is nearly a 90% failure rate. I contacted Tammy at TN Nursery and explained the situation. She informed me she would make an exception to their 24 hour return policy and that I could get replacement roots if I dug up the nearly 270 dead bare roots and returned them to Tn Nursery. We're talking about dead roots, approximately 3-5" long and maybe 1/8" inch diameter, buried in dirt and covered in mulch spread over half an acre. There is no way I could find and dig up these dead roots. I was repeatedly told by Tammy and Dennis by e-mail that the only way they would replace the dead roots was if I returned the dead roots which was just not feasible. At this point, in frustration I informed Tammy I would keep the dead roots, they could keep my money, over $200.00, and not to bother with replacing the dead roots. I also
informed them I would make it my mission to get the word out to potential customers, growers, and nursery/garden center owners throughout the U.S. about my experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery. I have begun my mission here. What I got in response to my e-mail was a threatening e-mail from Tammy that I would be hearing from their attorneys for Slandering them and their company. I do not put up with bullying and intimidation from anyone. My national e-mail campaign begins soon. Unfortunately, I failed to research this company before doing business with them. If I had I wouldn't be writing this message. YOU SHOULD RESEARCH CAREFULLY BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH TENNESSEE WHOLESALE NURSERY.

Fellow gardeners,

I recently received the following e-mail from a Susan Green who claims to be a Legal Advisor for Tennessee Wholesale Nursery asking me very nicely to remove my post regarding my experiences earlier this year With Tennessee Wholesale Nursery threatening me with legal action for slander if I do not remove my posting within 48 hours. I would first like to point out that if Susan Green was in fact a legal professional she should know the difference between slander and libel. Secondly, I would like to point out that if she or an actual legal professional had taken the time to read my post they would very quickly realize that I made absolutely no statements that could even remotely be considered libel under any definition of the statutes on libel. Under the first amendment I have the right to present my story to anyone who is willing to listen provided I do not commit libel. I have committed no such act of libel and my post will remain. After you read my posting and the response below from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery you must ask yourself if this is a company you would want to have any business dealings with. Also, don't you find it interesting that suddenly six new positive recommendations for Tennessee Wholesale Nursery all appear within a two day period. I find this remarkable. In closing I would like to point out that I am a senior citizen, retired and living on a fixed income. Who is the real victim here?

If you have also received this threatening e-mail please post it to your original comments about this business. It helps show the gardening community the lengths this individual will go to to threaten and intimidate people with legitimate concerns about Tennessee Wholesale Nursery.

Also, isn't it interesting how at least 7 new positive postings about Tennessee Wholesale Nursery have suddenly appeared on this site in the past 3 days. What are the odds of that many people finding this site on their own and deciding to post glowing reviews about the same business at the exact same time?
On July 26th, 2011, Scammed added the following:

Fellow Gardeners,

Recently. I filed a complaint against Tn Wholesale Nursery with the Chattanooga, Tn Better Business Bureau. In a recent e-mail to them I suggested the BBB visit this site to get an understanding of how customers of Tn Wholesale Nursery are actually treated. Then, within a very few days over 50 positive reviews of Tn Wholesale Nursery magically appeared. The friendly folks at Dave's Garden determined these positive reviews to be bogus and downgraded them to neutral. This deceptive practice by Tn Wholesale Nursery which, by the way, has been tried in the past, is just one more indication of the lengths Tn Wholesale Nursery will pursue in an attempt to cover up their true nature.
On October 18th, 2011, Scammed added the following:

In response to my negative review on Dave’s Garden I was sued by Tammy and Dennis Sons (doing business as Tennessee Wholesale Tree Nursery) for defamation and for damages in the amount of $13,000 plus court costs and attorney fees and the demand that I remove my negative review from this website. The 4-hour trial took place on September 27th, 2011 in General Sessions Court in Grundy County Tennessee. Both Plaintiff and Defendant were represented by counsel. After deliberating for over a week, the judge delivered the following verdict. The case against me was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction in Tennessee and because plaintiffs failed to establish a prima facie case of defamation.

The very next day, October 8, 2011 I received this e-mail from Dennis Sons:

"Due to the verdict,if we can not work out a refund and request a written email removal to admin@davesgarden.com of the comments on Daves Garden,we will escalate this to the General Sessions Court. If this doesn't work in our favor,we will hire an attorney in your county. This is our income like your job was your income before your retirement.

I'd like to work with you one on one.Attorney's fees are expensive for both of us.We will mail you a money order for the refund if you will give us a written statement that you will remove these comments from Davesgarden.com upon verification and receival of the refund. You can have it notarized.

The sad thing was Tammy said you seemed like an honest man. This makes no sense to fight this out when we are willing and you should be also to end this."

I DID NOT RESPOND TO THIS THREAT!

The deadline for Tennessee Wholesale Nursery to appeal this decision. i.e., escalate to a higher court, was October 17, 2011. No such appeal was filed.

So, after I made the long trip from Maryland to Tennessee and spent thousands of dollars defending myself from this lawsuit, the nursery offered me a refund of what I assume to be the $220.30 to cover the cost of my initial purchase and then threatened me yet again with further lawsuits if I did not accept their terms and remove my post. ’Nuf said.

The credit card charge was paid to Son's Logging and Nursery, Altamont Tn. There is another TN nursery that is legitimate. This experience was a scam from the start. Anyone that does not know the difference of pachysandra and hedera( Ivy) is very sad indeed in a horticultural business. Stay away from these people. If everyone knows they will eventually go out of business. I am commercial so I can expect a certain amount of this. What really bothers me is the little old lady that buys plants and is taken advantage of.

They will not make any effort to rectify their mistake. Stay away, stay away.

My advice is to stay away from this company!!! My wife and I bought 100 bare root Pine trees from this company, and every one of them died after planting, despite our best efforts. The trees were in poor condition upon arrival, with badly developed root systems. In addition, many of roots were "cut" from poor harvesting/digging up. The trees were stressed, dry, and about half of them had broken limbs.
Despite these issues, we planted them according to the instructions that Tammy had given to me over the phone. She said that survival rate for bare root trees was about 85% - but EVERY TREE DIED AFTER 3 WEEKS! We did an excellent job with planting, watering, fertilizing, etc. but all to no avail.
After seeing the result, I contacted TN Nursery, and spoke with Tammy. She said that they had an "insurance policy that takes care of situations like this", and that I should fax in a letter stating the problem, etc. I did so two days later, and asked for either a refund - or new trees.
and waited.
and waited.
Finally, 2 weeks later, I left a message, asking for a return call to discuss the problem.
and waited.
and waited.
NO RESPONSE!
I would encourage everyone that reads this to boycott TN Nursery - even a courtesy call or some kind of response would have been, at the least, good business practice.
These people seem to make a habit of ripping people off, and then shrugging their shoulders, as if to say, "buyer beware!"
Do NOT buy from this company, no matter how attractive their web presentation may appear.

We ordered two species from TN nursery and only recieved one of those. The blueberries we recieved were shipped poorly and in poor condition. Too poor to be used in our installation so we promptly returned the plant material as per TN's posted return policy. I emailed the company, after them not answering the phone, and they emailed back that they would not refund our money because we didnt follow the return policy. (which we did completely) They had no response on our inquiry about the missing half of the order. We tried several times by phone and email to contact them further and never recieved a response. We are disputing the charge with our credit card company now. Also the charge showed up as Sons Logging and Nursery which is not one of their names i have seen before. Will not purchase from them again. Be warned! In my opinion they are a scam.

A: As long as you meet our minimum order of $250.00 and our minimum order quantities per plant,we welcome your orders and will be happy to sell to you wholesale."

When I originally called to place my order (was directed to place it online) I was told that our tax ID number was not needed to place an order.

Our company has been in the native plant prodcution industry for 20+ years. We are experts in native plant production. We orderd Willow Live Stakes once from TN Nursery which we recieved, they were not high quality however acceptable. At that time we required a reciept from TN for financial purposes, it took weeks of calling and to finally get a reciept from them.

We made the mistake of going to them to order some bare root native plants for a shortage on a project. This time however they shipped us the wrong species, horribly packaged. We left several messages with whomever answered the phone and never was responded to, finally Lisa replied to an email inquiry, informing us they shipped us someone elses plants and they would immidiately send us replacements. To help them I emailed the photos of the correct species we had on hand.

This was fine, these things happen. However the replacements were shipped over a hot August weekend and the plants arrived again poorly packaged, and starting to rot. Again they were the incorrect species. We called and spoke with someone and also left a message stating that we need to return the matierials (per the instructions on the website). We also emailed them twice..no response. We kept calling and strangely our calls at that point kept getting disconnected before the answering machine would pick up. We eventually filed a credit card dispute, when that hit their bank account they fially called us. They rebuted our disputed claim with FORGED DOCUMENTS, they copied a signature off of our purchase order and pasted it to one of their documents. Unfortunately we had to use a lawyer to get our money returned. This company is very shady, do not be decieved by their huge selection on their website. They dont even know how to identify what they are selling. We are a very reputable business and make mistakes but buying from TN NURSERY, TENNESEE NURSERY or WHOLESALE NATIVE PLANTS is a mistake we will never make again!

We are a nursery in Oregon, with 20 years of plant experience; we are a qualified customer, based on D&T requirements.

We made a mail order/FAX purchase from Tenn Wholesale Nursery, or whatever they call themselves, with expedited shipping. D&T executed bait and switch, as well as failure to ship. They offered bare root plants on their website, but when they FAX'ed the confirmation, they had changed ALL plants to a larger, more expensive size. They turned a $400 order into a $2000 order, with the stoke of a pen. We immediately reduced the size of the order considerably, because the larger plants were represented to dividable. The order was made based on their representation that they would ship the material in time to meet our customer need. The material was not shipped, and repeated phone calls were neither answered, nor were messages returned. Eventually, after Christmas, we made contact, asking for the shipping tracking number, and agreeing to pay for over night shipping. One of the plant types arrived, but the size was not as represented. They refused to accept any more calls, and told me not to call again (to the 800 toll free number). Reading the fine print, a customer is permitted to return material within ONE DAY of receipt. We packed the material into the original box, and returned it via priority mail. It was eventually refused by D&T, and returned to us today, after about 3 weeks.

We began a credit card dispute, certifying the facts to credit card issuer. A credit for the entire purchase has been received from the charge card company. There has been no communication from D&T, or its aliases.

D&T said they were closed for a week, because of a flood due to heavy rain. We checked the weather for the subject week, and found that less than one inch of rain fell in that location during the entire week.

We will never place another order with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery, D&T, or other names used by this organization. Google the owners for other interesting information. I urge others to carefully review the business practices of these people before considering purchases.

In the past, we decided that the plants received (although not what we ordered) were still sellable and the plants we never got we wrote off as what we did get was so cheap it was justified. In 2007 we placed a substantial order, pre-paid and still to this date have not received all the items ordered. It is my responsibility to follow up with any important matters and I still need to physically speak to the people I do business with. Doing business with TN isn’t any different. Issues I’ve had with TN have been made right with no cost or loss to us. They have been very willing to correct any problems. People must remember that the customers are part of a businesses success and you must be willing to work with them. Unfortunately for any business, operation or agency they are only as good as the weakest member. I’ve seen many times when an employee can harm a name. TN has been willing to work with me and the quality of stock has been just fine! It takes effort on both sides. Too many times today with all the great communication devices we have available, people communicate less and expect more! My motto is, never assume all is alright! I believe TN Nursery is a very good quality business. Just do your part as the customer!

Update as of May, 2008: It is important to follow this comment up with TN Nursery or D&T Nursery which other nursery’s say has “raised a red flag”. I would like to know what the public thinks of this. I’ll post it as a list of dates & what was done except for many repetitive calls, faxes and emails that have not been returned.
12/10/07- I order plants for the District program on TN Nursery website with a credit card, asking for confirmation. I also sent an email with questions about ordering & designating a ship date.
12/11/07- I email request for ship date of April 14th,08. (Last year order was received in January, we do not have storage, order was return and nursery sent it later)
12/12/07- Receive email from TN Nursery stating credit card servers are down and they will hold our order for 5 days awaiting payment by check to confirm order.
1/3/08- I emailed order for more plants, still requesting order confirmation and April 14th ship date, and ask when will they submit charge to credit card.
1/8/08- I emailed that we have not heard from them, please confirm order with additional plants.
1/9/08- I print out order confirmation from TN Nursery website using credit card. FAX Susan copy of order from website. Receive email from TN Nursery requesting a posting on Dave’s garden Page.
1/10/08- Called Susan to write shipping date on invoice. I email statement from Dave’s Garden Page to TN Nursery. Receive email from Tammy saying “Thank you and God Bless”.
1/22/08- I called TN Nursery asking why credit card hasn’t been charged, receptionist stated our card was no good, although they were having computer problems, and she said we must send a check for the whole amount to confirm the order. Our receptionist calls credit card service they said TN Nursery was typing in the wrong numbers switching 01 and 10. This was causing our card to fail.
1/23/08-I called Susan to report wrong numbers being entered on expiration date. (Credit card was charged by TN Nursery for $905.54 and no notice sent to us that it had gone through)(-$905.54
1/24/08- We send check for $905.54 to TN Nursery for order.
2/4/08- TN Nursery cashed our $905.54 check for order. (-$905.54)
2/12/08- Our receptionist checks with credit card company and no credit from TN Nursery yet. She files a dispute for the credit charge as we paid by check that TN Nursery cashed on 2/4/08.
2/22/08- TN Nursery credits $905.54 to our credit card account. (+$905.54)
3/10/08- Visa card service notified us of tempoaray credit for $905.54.
3/18/08- We received half of our order very early from TN Nursery, approximately $374.27 worth, and still short the other half about $531.27 worth.
3/20/08- Spoke with Gloria to verify order to be shipped on April 14th and verify email address. I was told by her “they shipped the plants early because the boss said they were breaking dormancy”. I told her again we didn’t have any storage for them. She said she tried to call several times and even tried to email me. I never received either.
3/25/08 Our receptionist faxed copies of our credit & bank statements and invoice to Visa card services.
4/14/08- I call TN Nursery to confirm order being shipped. Receptionist says” they’re packing it”. I later call again to order more plants and are told TN Nursery is not processing order and that we owe them $905.54 before they will ship the order. I am told if we send another check for the full amount they will ship our order out in ten days.
4/15/08-On request to contact Tammy or Dennis the receptionist gives me Tammy’s email address (dennis@tnnursery.com) which was returned undeliverable, email account does not exist. I called the receptionist and read bank and credit statements with amounts and dates, and the phone is cut off to busy signal. I received a FAX from the receptionist stating the Tammy said “we stopped our credit card payment after they credited our account which negated the check that was cash”. I try contacting TN Nursery through all communications (2-office phones, 1 cell phone, email and FAX) with only answering machine messages and/or no response from all. I Fax TN Nursery with copies of our credit & bank statements with Credit card representative name, toll free telephone number and case number for Tammy to call and to show why we believe they are wrong and ask them to FAX us their statements to show why they believe we are wrong.
4/16/08 I email TNLA requesting any assistance to get back to business.
Since 4/15/08 we have not been contacted by TN Nursery (D&T Wholesale Nursery, Tennessee Wholesale Nursery) and in four months of communications I have spoken with a Susan, Darcy, Gloria, Lisa and Jackie, and never been allowed to speak directly with Tammy or Dennis (no last name). How do I convince TN Nursery to show us their documents and proceed to clear this up? Is their silence an admission of guilt? Not good business practice no matter how many customers they have around the world.
