Good luck finding any of Dee Bennett's Tiny Petals roses.

John's Miniature Roses is gone.
Rosemania no longer sells roses.
Northland Rosarium has no miniatures available.

I haven't heard back from Burlington because they have no website and you have to contact them via e-mail.

So for all their talk and promises, looks like they failed to be good stewards of Dee Bennett's life's work. So many of her tiny petals are now lost. I only hope those that have them will share cuttings and keep her legacy alive.

I placed an order with Nor' East Miniature Roses about three weeks ago. I am positing a neutral comment because I realize that my shipping date is not until later this month and I have not yet contacted the company to express my concerns about the fact that I received no confirmation email regarding, what I consider a large order for 10 roses that totaled $87.50. I wonder though, will I get notice via email that the shipment has been sent so that I can prepare for the plants (new plants are like new babies to me I want to be prepared to give them all the best as soon as they are added to my garden family).

There was a discount applied, which was a pleasant surprise and a plus towards ordering from this company again. The selection was amazing and I am encouraged by the fact that miniature roses (my favorite of all rose types, appear to be a specialty (which indicates a mastery of growing healthy, hardy plants). I'm also encouraged by the positive feedback I've found here at Dave's Garden.

I will contact the company directly to ask about the lack of order confirmation and possible shipping confirmation and post feedback based on that experience as well as the quality of roses I receive (I assume) in late April (after April 22).

I sent an email to Nor'East to cancel my order today, not because of a negative experience, I have every reason to believe that the staff at Nor'East Miniature Roses has done everything possible to retrieve and process the missing order.

However, for both parties, I'd like clear the slate and simply try again. I do not have a copy of the items I ordered. I merely know the cost of the items I ordered and how many items there were in my cart when I checked out.

I will return to the site in the next couple days and place a new order that won't be complicated by computer errors. These things can happen to anyone and shouldn't be held against them, especially when a company tries as hard as Nor'East to make amends and correct the problem.
