All the bushes appeared to be dead upon arrival, and I took it upon myself to nurse them back to health for over two weeks, but to no avail. They're still lifeless. Thanks to an Internet search engine, I was able to quickly find a toll-free phone listing for the company. Although I didn't connect on the first call, I got through on the third attempt and spoke to a courteous representative who agreed to refund my credit card account. Time will tell whether the company follows through on the credit. |

My friend and I ordered Lemon Grass plant from this company several months ago. We never receive our plants. What frustrates me is that they had cashed our checks. Where is their conscience? |

They were about 5-6" tall on arrival. They are now 4-5 feet tall and blooming beautifully in the white, pink and purple flowers on the same plant. I didn't believe it was possible, but they do look exactly like the picture used in the advertisement. This was my most spectacular buy this summer! |

It's ironic that they don't take credit cards - we'd all get refunds. I have tried calling the company but their phone is always busy - at every hour of the day. |

I have been waiting for 2 months for an order of lemon grass. They have cashed my check already of course. At least I only spent $8 and now have their address and phone number. |

They sure were quick, although, to cash my check. I wish I had seen the complaints about this company before I ordered. At least, I learned my lesson rather inexpensively. Check up on mail order companies before placing an order. |

After planting they died within a week. When called on the phone they were always busy with no toll-free number. I paid a lot for dead plants. |

I neglected to make a copy of the order so do not have an address to write to them. I would not order from them again. |

They were poorly contained and the box came creatively crushed. When I opened the soggy box, dirt fell everywhere. What was inside was a soggy mess of little hardly recognizable plants. I ushered them to my intensive care ward, I don't know yet if they will survive. I have my doubts. I too will never order from this company again. Apparently they don't list a real address or phone number because they don't want to be found. |

When I called (after going through information to obtain their phone number) the customer service person tried to convince me to cancel my order and accept a refund. The bulbs started showing up in November and continued through December, too late for me to plant. I won't be ordering from them again. |

They were a green mushy mass. I cannot call back and report this because there isn't a phone number listed anywhere - not even on their invoices. I also received another part of the order yesterday and this was incomplete. If I had noticed that the phone number was not listed, I would not have ordered in the first place. These people spend a lot of money advertising, but don't put much in their shipping materials or in customer service. |
