Even though shipping was $53.50 I went ahead with it because it included express shipping with a heat pack. When the box arrived it appeared to be packaged well, lots of insulation and a very sturdy box. Unfortunately whoever packaged it placed the heat pack in the bottom with nothing between it and the leaves, ruining the 3 sets of leaves that were up against it. They arrived wilting and mushy. |

For two months I heard nothing, then wrote again. Their response was confused surprise...they didn't even have a response for not replying to my earlier emails. Their attempt to stand behind the "quality" of their product required me to provide shipping for the replacement. I wasn't willing to sink another dollar into this company. Too bad for them. They lost a solid buying customer and gained a lot of bad word-of-mouth. |
