So far, so good! She replied to my inquiry quickly and was very kind. Shipping was quick as well and even arrived before my order from Etsy that I placed a week before I ordered from Diane. The seeds were packed with care and I can't wait to see blooms! She provides a lot more seeds at a nice price compared to other sellers :) Will be ordering more in the future. Mahalo!

Great service (very quick shipping), wonderful seed germination and good selection and amounts of seeds. Prices very reasonable. Provides germination instructions. Especially applicable for those gardening in the SW US but many seeds for those in other areas. Nice selection of penstemons. I've been ordering for many years and never been disappointed.

I have been ordering from Diane's for several years now. I have had nothing short of great service. She ships quickly and charges a reasonable shipping charge. I have had excellent germination and the plants have been very good growers,healthy, sturdy and true to color and form. One of my favorite plants grown from Diane's is Agastache Golden Jubilee. These are so pretty. They smell great, make a nice addition to teas and they really attract pollinators as well. Love this plants leaf color! I also really like to do business with smaller companies where you can deal with the same individual. I feel like it is important for keeping seed diversity to go to places like Diane's where you always find something different or new to you. I love looking through some of the unusual plants sold here. Keep up the good work!

I am very impressed with the speed and quality of the service I have receieved from Diane's Seeds. I found her site when a search for Orlaya Grandiflora seeds had me spinning my wheels as many companies were sold out or did not carry it. I was not dissapointed when less than a week later I had a healthy bag of seeds arrive in my mailbox. They actually arrived a day ahead of the projected delivery date, plus they sent me a free packet of seeds with my first order! I will keep coming back for quality seeds at a fair price, with prompt communication, shipped super quickly, & with more seeds than what I paid for. You really can't ask for better service than that. PS: I placed an order with another company at the same time I did Diane's (maybe even a little before) and I am STILL waiting on an email saying that my order has shipped, since then I have placed two more orders with Diane's, one of which is supposed to arrive tomorrow! I am now a dedicated Dianes customer, I only wish they carried more varieties of vegetables (broccoli, brussels, cauliflower, cabbage, etc), so I didn't ever have to order from anyone else! IMO Diane's Flower Seeds definitely is deserving of the Top 5 Award. Great selection of seeds, excellent communication, lightning-fast delivery AND packaged in a bubble envelope to prevent crushing. Well-done, Diane!

I have been ordering from Diane’s Flower Seeds for 6 years at least and I was always happy with her seeds. Whenever I followed her germination instructions, I had excellent germination rates. She has many unusual plant seeds, particularly heirloom (one example: her sweet peas). Shipping is faster than any other seed company I dealt with. I will definitely go on ordering from this company.

Last year was my first order and everything grew very well. This year she has added a lot more tomatoes so I placed an even larger order. I can't wait to see how they turn out.

This is our first year ordering from Diane's Flowers (Canada), we placed 2 good size orders and both came promptly. Everything was well packed, labeled and the seed count was great for the price. When queried about the first order placed she replied immediately. Terrific selection of seed, good prices and lots of information as well as very reasonable shipping costs. Once we plant I can comment on germination but looking at the previous posts I am sure it will be good.

I’ve never been disappointed in any way when ordering from Diane's Seeds. The orders come fast and the seeds have always been good viable seeds. One of the very best!

I found Diane's Flower Seeds on Davesgarden, I was looking specifically for foxtail lily seeds, and found them here. Website is easy to navigate. Seeds arrived in the mail quickly, I'll definitely order again. Recommend.

Several years ago I was offered credit for seeds in exchange for permission to use some of my photos posted at DG and I eagerly accepted. It was a wonderful opportunity to try varieties of vegetables I may never have even heard of otherwise. Being as I have a small yard, I could not use all the seeds at once. I planted the last of them this year and still had a very good germination rate. For the next gardening season I will return as a paying customer. Thanks again for providing these wonderful heirloom seeds!!!

In 2012 I ordered tomato seeds from Diane. Had nearly 100% germination and all were "true to variety". In 2013 I have now ordered more tomato seeds for next spring. Just completed my order for 28 different Perennial seed packs. I think that should speak for itself as to how I feel about this company.

The website was easy to use and had a ton of great pictures. Seeds were arrived quickly (less than a week across the country!) and looked great. I had to go back to the website for planting instructions. They were clear and easy to follow, but a printed copy would have been nice. I can't comment on the germination rates yet because it's still too early.

Received seeds timely. Ordered indigo rose tomato and cherry morello lupine. 100% germination Very happy. I will order again.

Fantastic selection, good prices, excellent communication. She seems like a very nice person AND she gives you a free seed packet with your order. What's not to like about that? I've ordered from her a couple of times now and even though I have no comment yet about germination rates, everything else is amazing. Plus she has varieties that you can not find anywhere else.

I've just placed another order with Diane's Flower Seeds. The selection is great, especially if you're looking for something a little hard to find or a new (to you) variety to try. The tomato selection is one of my favorites. I appreciate her insightful articles and comments on successful seed starting and saving. Personally, I look for independent businesses to support and hope you'll give Diane a try.

I ordered a variety of tomato seeds and vegetable seeds from Diane and then quickly followed up with a second order for flower seeds to start early indoors. The tomato seeds had great germination rates, this is my second year growing tomatoes and these are great if not better than the store-bought seeds that I used last year. Also, I am over the moon about all of the heirloom varieties that she had to offer, we are a tomato loving household here. The flower seeds are germinating great as well and growing happily! My home office is the only sunny window I have and all of the little plant babies are healthy and happy and I can't wait to see what my garden will look like this year. Thank you Diane! Plus, she has great articles if you have trouble deciding which of the hundreds and hundreds of tomatoes to try or what type of flower you want in your garden. I don't have a green thumb, and I am growing my beneficial bug, hummingbird, butterfly attracting flowers and some fragrant varieties too and feel like I have 2 green hands. Shipping was super fast on both orders and Diane graciously gave me an extra pack of flower seeds on both orders. I appreciated the fast shipping since I wanted to start within the 8 week mark for starting seeds indoors before the frost date and Diane easily accommodated for my procrastination. Plus, I am planning on trying out her secret recipe that she uses on her roses this summer as well. You can't go wrong buying from Diane's Seeds

I am very impressed with Diane's selection of tomatos that I had not found at other places. I was drooling before I could check out! I do recommend you visit her store if for no other reason that to look at the beautiful tomato pictures.

Diane has a very well done website that is very informative, with lots of useful information for anyone looking to start their gardens from seed. Also very professional in the manner in which questions are answered, with timely replies to questions if needed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good, honest, sincere company to get their seeds from.

My only gripe is I ordered daylily seeds and after I received them she included a note saying I'd be lucky to get one to germinate. This should be told upfront rather than after you paid for the seeds. It's no big deal though. I just wanted to mention it so others could know in advance.

I tend to be partial to heirloom seeds as opposed to hybrids so her selection was wonderful. I ordered about twenty-five different kinds of flower seeds and she thoughtfully included a free packet of snapdragon seeds. From Utah to Indiana, the shipping took two days! I will definitely order from this company again. I know that my seeds will flourish because Diane tests her seed every year. For gardeners of all levels of experience, I highly recommend her "Articles". They are extremely informative. The seeds come carefully packaged in small ziplock bags with the instructions typed onto a label which was stuck on the bags. Overall, I was extremely impressed.

I have never had any problems with any of my orders and I always get a surprise pack of seeds.I will continue ordering from Diane's as long as she is selling seeds.

Asked this woman a question once via email and she resppnded very nasty. Won't do business with such a person.

In early July 2010 I ordered Dianthus amurensis 'Siberian Blues' which germinated immediately and began to grow in a large pot. In mid August I went on vacation and neglected to make arrangements to have my garden watered. When I arrived home the D. amurensis appeared quite dead and dehydrated from the summer heat and no rain. After that wakeup call, I watered my garden each day and hoped for the best. A few weeks later I was rewarded with green shoots in the D. amurensis pot. Not being sure if these were D. amurensis or Dianthus from another pot which had scattered seeds, I cared for seedlings and hoped for the best. The winter came and I moved the pots to a sheltered location where they were covered 3 to 4 feet of snow for most of the winter. The D. amurensis did well during winter and it even appeared to grow a little under the snow. With the return of spring the D. amurensis started to grow seriously. Two weeks ago I was rewarded with my first blue-pink flowers from this cultivar. This D. amurensis is interesting because the base of the stems are the reddish-brown color found in many Dianthus. In one plant over half the plant’s stem is reddish-brown in color. I transplanted this D. amurensis to its own pot where I plan to propagate it via layering. In another D. amurensis cultivar, from a different source, all the stems are green. So I now have two cultivar of D. amurensis to play with. The flower colors appear to be identical. Dian’s Seeds are fantastic and I can’t be more pleased. Mike

I have ordered from Diane's several times. All of my experiences have been positive. I did experience very low germination rates on a Cosmos mix (which surprised me as I usually end up with a surplus of Cosmos), but overall I have done very well with Diane's seeds. Service is good, shipping is fast and shipping costs are reasonable.

Very impressed with attentiveness to service - we have an address that does not compute - 800 feet east of state road 25 - 250 feet north lakeside - this is a farm - so we use PO Box - they got the shipping information right the first time - Next the order placed on Monday arrived on Wednesday - Impressed with the look of the seeds which came in clear zip look bags which I think is a great idea.

I placed my order on 4/2 and received my seeds on 4/7 - great shipping time. The seeds were sent in plastic zip bags and the smaller seeded varieties in glassine envelopes enclosed in plastic zip bags. The seed counts were accurate and looked very clean and fresh. I can see the difference in feverfew seeds - these looked full and not so fly away versus the seeds I bought from Artistic Gardens (Le Jardin du Gourmet); which never did sprout. I can't wait to get the Ooh lala peony poppies set in the ground. Very happy customer so far. :)

Good selection, very reasonable prices and shipping costs, plus the owner seems environmentally concerned and responsible. Good service and good results. If I ran a company this is what I would want it to be like.

Purchased over $20.00 worth of seeds. Not one of them germinated

She was very quick to send me the seeds. They arrived within 3 days of my ordering. I hope the seeds are as good to me as Diane was.

I ordered my perennial flower seeds for community garden projects. The seeds arrived within days, and some germinated within 2 weeks of having placed my order. The seeds come with germination information and I have had questions answered twice, promptly, via email. The packets are plain, sans pictures, but seem to be in accord with the no-nonsense get it done right the first time attitude of the company. I couldn't be more pleased.

I ordered three packets off seeds and received them very quickly. Prices are very fair and the selection of seeds is great. I am a beginner gardener and this is my first time starting anything by seed. So far I have 6 little flax seedlings growing after 6 days.

Diane's seeds had both heirloom varieties I was looking for. Excellent customer service and fast shipping. Excellent germination rates. I will be ordering from her again! I would recommend this company!
