I know this by Ivy Leaf Morning Glory. The bloom is almost like Heavenly Blue without the yellow in the throat.

From Ron "Ipomoea hederacea "Ivy Leaf MG" is usually associated with tri-lobed or multi-lobed leaves and formerly included a subtaxa designation of var.integriuscula for cordate leaves."

Entireleaf MG's bud growing, soon it will reveal its beautiful blue flower!
by VineWorld Sep 27, 2012 4:22 AM
A wild Entireleaf I was lucky to come across, I came back nearly daily to check on it for blooms, and I wasn't dissapointed.
by VineWorld Sep 27, 2012 4:22 AM
A crisp view of Entireleaf's blooms. I love its size and colors.

This vine is doing so great, even though it has to compete with kudzu!
by VineWorld Sep 27, 2012 4:22 AM
Here is a good picture showing the leaf, flower, and sepals.

Entireleaf MG is different from Ivy-Leaved by, you guess it, its leaf shape. Note the cordate leaves.
by VineWorld Sep 27, 2012 4:22 AM
Wild Entireleaf MG growing on some old wire. Its blooms fade to shades of purple as they age and then close up purple, not even close to the sky blue they start out as.
by VineWorld Sep 27, 2012 4:22 AM
One of my poor Entireleaf MGs was attacked by a squirrel, and I had to cut it back, but I put the (now) cutting in soil and the buds it was growing still managed to produce this amazing flower!
by VineWorld Sep 27, 2012 4:22 AM
Here is a picture of the back of the Entireleaf's flower and shows the sepals well.

Eaten and beaten up by the ravages of nature, this Entireleaf still manages to put on an amazing show with this sky blue flower.
by VineWorld Sep 27, 2012 4:22 AM
This Entireleaf has grown from under a piece of sheet metal, showing and proving its desire to live.
